heres a pro tip to doing well on standardized tests: dont stress and just play games or something right before. usually its the nervousness that gets people, and as long as you stay calm you should be fine - my prep teacher that had an ACT score of 36 in every subject

It was my 1st time giving the SAT. The curve was really messed up. I got a 1540 (R-3 W-1 M-0 - 800M 740RW). I was expecting a little higher, but I’m happy...

I know!!!! I got only 4 wrong on the entire section (3 reading, 1 writing) and lost 60pts!!!!! The math curve was worse though. 5w, lost 90 pts. Oh Well. Love your Sat score reactions bro! Looking forward to your next one.

I got a 790 in the math and 570 in E&W, I only missed one question but I am quite happy though.

@@capturedbymiyah814 i would recommend just keep on doing practice tests. i use to get more than half wrong on grammar and half of reading wrong while doing khan academy. i only did one month of that and even tho i didnt really study until cramming 600ish questions on the last week, i got use to the questions and when i took novs test i got a 1350, 13 wrong reading, 6 wrong grammar, 5 wrong math

1300 for me. I improve a lot from last year (about 200 points up!). I can get into the summer program I applied to at least! :) Your score is so phenomenal, I hope to get a 14 in front of my score soon as well! :)

I got a 1450 again.. last time tho I got 24 wrong in reading and writing total .. this time I got 12 and got a 650 :(
I did just 7 errors and got 35 /40 in reading

How did you prepare for the math section? Seeing that you have consistently scored very high (congrats by the way!), what do you recommend in terms of prep and study plans? As well as certain core subjects, resources, and tips. I would gladly appreciate it! Congrats once again!
i've always been good at math but i think just practice on khan academy. the math section usually covers the same type of questions so you just need to practice and get used to it. also memorize the most common formulas (look on prepscholar). if you practice everyday you are sure to improve!

omg same to being afraid of getting the same score on my second try ;-; I took the June SAT and got boned by the harshest curve ever so when I got a 1480 on the October SAT I literally choked.

I missed 14 between both reading and writing and got a 650 on it. On another one, I missed 23 between both and also got a 650. wtf is this curve?
That was on this test. The math one was really easy got a 790.
No better score for getting NINE more correct answers! NINE!!!
Same feeling here! I missed 12 between reading and writing the first time I took it. This October, I only missed 6 and still got the same score.
