A Panzer II front facing three T-26 tanks from like a 200m distance and withstanding their fire, it doesn't look much realistic. 200m one single shot of the 45mm gun would be enough to pierce through the armor. It doesn't seems unlikely that the Panzer II's 20mm gun also would get through the T-26 at that range as well. But perhaps the game follows like the old Close Combat logic, emulating big distances in a smaller space.
In the real combat most likely the Panzer II would be accompanied by other Panzer IIs, and trying to fight the Soviet T-26s in movement, not stopped. Encircling and outmaneuvering them.
I really enjoyed this episode!

Hi raptor if you have 1 line of tanks you can maybe use mortars or grenadiersqaud it save mp Points maybe 3 sqauds ? Just to be sure ofcourse for heavy tanks you need at weapons or airstrike :) btw i love you're videos keep it up !! :))

@Raptor the S(tu)IG 33B is based on the Panzer III - if you put an 150mm Howitzer on a Panzer II you get a Sturmpanzer II ^^
Why they didn't call it Sturmpanzer III then I don't know, especially if you consider the 15cm SIG on a Panzer IV got called Sturmpanzer IV again... :D
Maybe because it was only an experimental series (only 24 build).
I'm hoping that the devs add horse-drawn logistics for the Germans, it's an often-overlooked fact that the Germans never managed to fully motorise/mechanise their land forces during the war and heavily relied on horses for logi. The Soviets were the same, on top of actually using actual cavalry (although they often fought more as mobile infantry than actual traditional cav)

But that is not the point I'm trying to make. The point is I as a consumer am already hooked and need/want more. As this game is finominal.

Raptor... how are you getting your new unit deployments to arrive to a selected location? special version for u?
I am on the beta and the deployments only get as far as the map boundary.
@raptor do you know when they plan on launching the full dlc? i have the beta but playing the same level over and over again is a bit repetitive

See I love how this game looks and feels. Just gonna wait to play skirmish battles against the AI like this! Looks awesome! Not interested in a campaign at all.
MAn I have tried over and over to play this and I just get slaughtered. Its not like I have never played RTS as I am a COH OG. BUt in this game I tend to get wiped off the map before I even see what is shooting at me. AI sight and range is ridiculous. The first mission in the German campaign is an example. You start with a few vehicles troops and some gear nearby IF you move more than 15 feet to the front you get opened up on from units you cant even see (as there is a forest on one side - yet they can see all the way through it to you). Move to the right same thing. You can move a bit left but then you are in the open. You either have to sit thee and drop arty on them until you have knocked out the one gun and tank or move troops up to get mowed down while you hopefully get something on their flank. Either way you are going to lose tons of troops even just moving a bit. Also the UI is way to complex for a game that engagements often end within seconds. I am trying as I love games like this but it just seems too complicated for its own good.
Idk if it's just me but the HE rounds seem pretty useless in GoH
