Nice tool, but how should you use it in the broader sense of the systematic literature search? Does it replace the Cochrane RCT search filter we currently use in reviews looking at RCTs in the searches? Or is it an extra layer removing non-RCT studies that wasn't removed in the searches?
Would a future Cochrane Review looking for RCTs skip the search filter when searching the databases and rely solely on this automated process?

Thanks for your question! This does not replace the Cochrane RCT search filter. We'd recommend using this tool in addition to the search filter to identify records that the filter might have missed.
