I agree with you guys on that $88,Mil Pricing but then again it only takes one buyer to fall in love with it.
I really liked the 3rd house overlooking the lake and golf course. That one had a great vibe to it inside and out. I will never give up my hopes to live in Santa Barbara again.

I used to do landscape design in a past career and I am shocked for that price point and selling that they don’t have those planters surrounding the property full of beautiful flowers and succulent arrangements. It would make that whole white background of the home pop and give it a homey feel. I used to work for Guaranteed Rate! LOL and my dream is to own a property in Hope Ranch for the simple fact that it is rare to find an area where you can have and ride horses from the ocean to the mountains ❤❤ my dream Joe! Quiet with light traffic,..

If i had that kind of money id perfer to buy james Cameron's gaviota property.

Having lived on Hollister Ranch, I'd pass. It'll soon be open to the public, which was its original attraction - complete privacy.
