I thought for sure house 2 was going to be my favorite house tour, but house 3 blew out of the park. Who ever did the staging for house 2 and 3 did an amazing job. The land scapings on both properties were fantastic to. House 2 would still be my choice to live in. Great videos. Keep up the good work.
Joe you got your Ten thousand steps in smile, love the grounds of 3rd home, love the availability of hourses chickens gardens & gardening food & herbs. plenty to keep you busy at home. Entertaining etc wow! I like the Second home, because of the fact that it was of my story and secluded. ❤ Thanks again joe. Happy June 1 & hope this year I can be able to move back to Cali. i'm here in the Florida area and I saw a Berkshire Hathaway sign and I thought of you! 😂
🎉🎉🎉🎉 #1 What a beautiful location! The upstairs almost looks like an add on because of the ceiling angles. Love the old world charm of it. Beautiful open backyard. Was there a garage there? You seem to have not spent too much time there… just sayin….. #2 I’m usually more of a fan of the open concept feeling to homes , but the kitchen, dinning area and family room just worked out great! I Love How these two first homes aren’t overloaded with the feel of big money and posh interior’s. However the front yard on this one has tons of potential to create your own dream gardens. The backyard is just about perfect with the beautiful stone floors, the built in kitchen and awesome agave plants. #3 Love the feeling of Just driving into it. The patio off the master bedroom is absolutely wonderful, So many options with this open space to create your own little fantasy area. I’m also a fan of the thick exterior walls, it just makes it feel so secure. I really Love the upstairs wood floors. That backyard pool and landscaping looks like paradise! The little hike to the pergola is well worth it. Such an amazing chill zone. Overall I appreciate the beauty of this house but just too big to feel like home for me. I really spent a lot of time in Hope Springs visiting so many friends, Running through the entire area (when I was a long distance runner) Bicycling through all the wonderful streets and of course a ton of amazing parties out there 😂😂😂 Thank you Joe Parker for another great tour of Santa Barbara and it’s surrounding areas. Can’t wait to see next Saturday’s tour. Have a great week my friend and sending some great vibes that you open at least one contact by next week. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
@@joesbparker it’s beautiful just like Hope ranch. A mixture of 20’- 30’s 40’s to modern architecture . Very private, Listed in the several, several millions. No sidewalks. Bing Crosby built a home there,, Elon had/has a home there, & Alicia Silverstone, she grew up in Burlingame( another darling town). You must love your job!! I think I’d have a ball with all of the fun architecture! 😀
They were preserved the historic beauty but they do refreshen it with unique style to go with the old original design. Love it though than those modern design they are doing in many houses where I live in West L.A. 😊👍🏼

Carlos, thanks again for another wonderfully thoughtful comment. Enjoy your Sunday!
Square foot measurements would be nice for each house when you talk about bedrooms and baths. :)
A Paul William's home is legacy architecture. It's worth every penny. I hope some numbskull won't
demolish it.
Yes there are many who are so excited to see that one. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts.
Reminds me of Hillsborough, Ca.
Never been there
I’ve never been

To complete the Williams designed house you need a classic Range Rover Defender out front, comes with the house😊
That home failed to find a buyer so there still time to rebrand with the defender.
The third is the one
Amazing!
Spanish style is my favorite !
HOA?
Yes Hope Ranch on average has $2-$3K annual association fee.
I grant imagine the divide of being a ga rdener at houses...
Truly
those are not queen palms. they are phoenix canariensis - canary island palms
Thanks for the update. They are beautiful.
Why would you lock your dog in the closet?
Probably to keep it from running away during an open house.
@@joesbparker probably. But I’m thinking perhaps take little Fido for a walk or a car ride. But my fur babies are my babies 💕
Most Santa Barbara properties are dated in design aka as old…….
Can’t argue with that.
That’s the charm.
