Very ELEGANT ESTATE! Love the floorplan. Very inviting, huge, modern, contemporary and ...Warm. Unlike some other million dollar properties that looks only fancy mad expensive, this mansion actually looks like a real home. It's somewhere I can see myself living out the rest of my life, for sure.

It's clean and peaceful and I think how I would feel living here is restored having access to that peaceful pool area every day. I think in the LA area this kind of thing has increased value.

There’s some really nice and well thought out features like the Main Bedroom Suite and it’s location in relation to the pool. The house could be used at full capacity or by a couple, expanding your movement through it as needed. It’s the trick I’m trying to master in my floor plan designs, I have a way to go 😁
