I love the way Kayla goes out of her way to notice little things about the builds. I'm not much of a builder, so I was so tickled when she toured mine and said so many sweet things.
You, and so many others, saying they’re “not much of a builder” actually boosts my confidence because all the builds are genuinely awesome. So even though I’m “not much of a builder” myself, I am reminded that we’re all our own worst critics ❤

@emileehoerl98 This is so true! I am seriously my own worst critic. Even when I finished my build, I was proud but at the same time wondering what a "real" builder would do with the space.
@emileehoerl98 I second this. I say that I'm not much of a builder, but when I look back to how I used to build, I can see that I've improved quite a bit. I feel we are all better then we think we are and shouldn't compare ourselves to Kayla or other TH-camrs that do this for a living. :)

In a future shell tours you could do a 'death trap' count - how many ways could sims possibly die in each build (inspired by the telescope).
The sewer cat cafe is amazing. Whoever made it, it's precious ❤
Kayla is an absolutely amazing human being. I have ADHD and I have a hard time concentrating on anything longer than maybe 25 minutes long. Kayla is one of the few people that is able to consistently hold my attention for longer than and hour. She really is an amazing content creator. ❤❤
@simmsie would you please consider doing a seni more in depth how to tutorial on roofing and maybe landscaping basics on past shells like this. I am a simmer with dyscalculia so conceptualizing the shapes and proper sizings of homes and roofs in build mode has been a struggle for me. But I enjoy watching you and other simmers work because you all make it look so easy and so beautiful everytime. I've been inspired to try and learn and build more because of it❤

Shell tours are some of my favorite types of streams. I love how this one ended the community is great
Building it now then realising I forgot to put a bathroom in 😅

My favorite build of all time I’ve put countless countless hours on has so much monetary, gameplay, and sentimental value to me.
It has 5 of the bingo dots haha
-pet room (my cat has a room all his own and multiple pet areas around the house)
-giant lot (54x54 I believe)
-over $200k (it’s ab ($400k I believe)
-10+ packs (I own ab 90% of the expansion/game/kit packs and use them all)
-fake car (got a fancy 2 door and a nice pickup w a trailer on the back in the driveway)
Just thought that was fun!
Flex bc I adore this house:
It’s a 4bed, 3 bath modern contemporary family home with a
big front and back porch,
Splash pad area next to the decent sized in ground pool,
Treehouse and outdoor kids play furniture,
Greenhouse and bee boxes,
Fire pit with nice seating around,
Home library/office,
Home gym with a sauna,
Cute little laundry room,
Attached garage (currently being used for bike storage for the kids and the moms new hobby of juice making haha)
Master bed has a master en-suite as well as the second largest bedroom next door,
There’s a PRECIOUS nursery filled with details and CC toys for the kids haha that shares a bathroom with the mid sized bedroom next door
Hot tub next to the outdoor cooking,
70’s style lowered living room “conversation pit” -esque with a fireplace and the new photo/tv above it plus the dreamy comfy cozy couches from book nook,
Formal dining area with a full bar,
Gorgeous huge kitchen with updated appliances and a huge center island,
The entire lot is filled with details all over the place I’ve LEARNED cheats to make it look just right it’s taken me SOOO LONGGGG and evolved as the family has its beautiful and I love it I wish LilSimsie could react to it 😩🤍

AGREED. Momo is my favorite streamer and has really helped me open up and be myself. I never would have found them if I hadn't found you first. But both of you and your content has gotten me through some rough days. I hope you both never stop being super awesome.
I love the way all of the builds are so individual off of a shell - like how many of these can I put in my game without being repetitive?
I got Jungle Adventure when it came out and I use those counters all the time

Aw dang it! I’m late to the Turtle Gang meeting. XD
I really wanted to submit my build it was coming along great, but then my game broke and I can’t fix it. It will not let me select items in build mode anymore and I’ve tried everything except uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I don’t want to loose my game save. Can’t figure out what’s wrong.
If you play on pc, back up your saves and tray folders to a flash drive, then try reinstalling your game. As long as you have the contents of those two folders saved, you won’t lose your saves, builds and any sims you created

That's too bad that you don't tour the build directly from the galery instead of doing this from request... I mean... i saw a lot of wonderful build, some so much prettier than others.. I know it's not nice for the others but the one who built some very amazing builds deserve to be seen since the gallery can't help now 😅🥲
