The lack of water at restaurants outside the US is my least favorite part of traveling internationally haha. Between that and the fact that getting a beer/glass of wine is cheaper than ordering water means that I am constantly dehydrated. Whenever I get back to the states I guzzle that delicious tap water like it’s my job 💦💦💦

I moved to Edinburgh from California two years ago without having been before - met the best people ever and it's honestly my favorite city ever. I moved back to the US this past summer, and I'm so excited to see Edi become your new home! You should definitely go to Loudons New Waverley for breakfast when you get a chance - they have super tasty haggis! And Victor Hugos had the best orange juice :) Also have to give a shoutout to the best plant store there called Green Meadows AND the best sausage rolls and chips to exist are in the Meadows by the student library, where a man sells them out of a small shopfront ❤
