Just ordered an EMR40 a few days ago I can get a single size mat in Japan at a reasonable price so I want to try that Looking forward to the arrival of the EMR40
@@theratoh2306 Here's what the Nitecore's Support replied: "We have updated the EMR10 heating temperature to 329F." In the end I have returned EMR10 and kept EMR40 as it was better value, and smaller size.
I believe that the new Nitecore tiny monster series soon will be equipped with the UHI led's. I predicted that Nitecore will make TM40K instead of 30K. Taking the design from TM20k and improving it's grip knurling, then the metal usb-c port cover and lastly maintaining the 19 led's, but they will use 1 UHI 100 led on the center for max lumens for the spotlight and they'll just use 18 XHP50 for the floodlight.
How can you tell that the repellent mat is exhausted? It seems to turn white after the first hour yet you say it lasts 4-6 hours. Is there a more exact method to know it is exhausted?
From what I hear from most people who use these pads, they just set a timer or make a mental note, most generic pads have this color-changing effect but the duration is as advertised. I almost wish this unit came with an internal timer that would better assist people for this reason.
El switch ed malísimo, no hsy manera de activar verde o azul...me gusta mas y mas barato el modelo 10 sin bateria. Tengo varios y este es el peor modelo de la marca.

What is the diameter protection in meters for indoor and outdoor modes?
The indoor mode would have a 3.35-meter dome of protection and the outdoor mode would have a 4.87-meter protection zone!🤠
What difference does it make to have 329F on the EMR40 vs the 293F on EMR10 in terms of repelling efficiency?
Hey, i am wondering the same. Did you ever find an answer to that question? I couldnt find anything:/

@@rafenden Awesome thanks for the info :D!
This will help me a lot to decide between the EMR10 and the EMR40!

I think that would be super cool to see! It has been a while since we have seen a new TM!
@@NitecoreStore I hope they'll make the TM40K smaller than the TM20K!!!
Will it work on flies too?
Yes, it will!
Can u use any mat?

Thank you for the reply and timer suggestion - that would be a nice enhancement for the next version. In the meantime I'll make a note.
I dont wanna be sarcastic over here but the signal I get when the mat(s) is/are done is the sudden reappearance of mosquitos :)
Does it repel Forcipomyias?
From our research, that is a resounding yes! The Pyrethroid-based repellant works on basically all insects!
Can it help me resist the call of Cthulu?
While not its recommended use, I don't see why not!
we see at the end that he got bit🤨
Just use off!!!
