I recently got the 660s. Like the sound + you get the pentagon cable in the box. To me makes the headphone a lot cheaper. Headphone / cable for 425 worked for me
Hats off to you. I used to have a full time plus day job and for fifteen years I ran an audiophile cable company doing all the testing, assembly, promotion and running the whole thing out of my listening room above my garage. It is not easy but you do get tremendous personal satisfaction and like everything else you do in life where you take risks, extend yourself and take a leap into the unknown. It's exciting and very rewarding. It helps to be young.
I put 300+ hrs into Destiny and I have been wanting to play 2. Can’t wait to try it out on PC. Really been enjoying playing FPS games with mouse and keyboard since I finally got a PC. Would watch gaming videos and tech videos 🤙
Just catching up on this now. Thanks for the tip on helping very mild tinnitus. I have what sounds like about what you have, probably from my guitar playing in live band youth days. I'm definitely giving that a try. 🙏
Personally Id like to see tech stuff over gaming. Gaming is cool too, but Id rather see gadgets, equipment, and accessories that I never knew existed that make life easier/more fun. Even stuff like favorite back pack/laptop bag, desk chair, computer monitor, desk, cable management. Gaming will be awesome too!!

As long as you are making videos about things you are passionate about, I'm sure your audience will love em! That said, I think a video about the dacs and amps around $1k and what the products in that price range have to offer would be cool. Those items have few reviews from known reviewers. Stuff like the D1se, musician Pegasus, denafrips pontus etc.

It is such a fun hobby not to mention anything else tech as you said. Looking forward to seeing more diverse things from you.
Was looking for a project during the Pandemic and bought wall panels but in white to put in a gaming room with a mounted 65 inch TV on the wall. Took about a day. Looks really nice. Then proceeded to go crazy with some Govee lights during the Black Friday deals. One Govee product I got was something called an Immersion kit which are lights that go on the back of the TV that change colors according to what's on the TV screen via a camera. The Govee lights really pop on these white panels. Awesome for Gaming and Movies/TV. And Get a Bottlehead Crack for your HD 600/6XX if you want an endgame setup and killer Tube amp. btw... I never would have known about Govee lights if it weren't for a DMS video. Give the man his cut Govee!! 💰
They basically recommend like 8 absorbers and 8 diffusers in your avg room, but most people won't even spend the $500 on the former you can forget the latter.
Hey DMS, great video. What I think would be a good idea here is to make a video about basic stuff. Like what is an Amp, or a DAC, what do they do. Many people do not understand them, or have a basic understanding of what do they do exactly or why you need them. They want to buy a great headphone, not knowing they might need one.
I discovered your channel recently and bought a pc38x 2 or 3 weeks ago after seeing your video on it. It gave me the feeling that it is better than my Bluetooth headphones and made me want to deep dive again into audio quality. So I bought a fiio btr3k a week later and now I ordered a TYGR300R because it was on sale 112 euros wich is probably something like 120 to 130 dollars. It really felt like a crazy good deal. The biggest surprise I had was surprisingly not with the pc38x but it was when first trying the btr3k because it sounds so much smoother in the treble than the amp built in my phone. I really like your videos nice job bro

Fun video! Thanks for sharing. I was blown away to find out you have tinnitus! I have had it since getting covid in Jan 2021. I found a good audio experience was a good escape from it, that and gaming. I assumed I would never be able to fully appreciate the high end gear because of it though. Thanks for the inspiration! Also, was super into destiny but have been out of it for a year now. Would love to see some Destiny content! Any thoughts on the recent Bungie and PlayStation news?

How good are those panels by the way? Are they similar in performance to a skyline diffuser in your opinion? I still need to get some kind of diffusion because of the nasty echos in my room, but the panels are so much cheaper than the heavy and harder to ship diffusers.

I cannot stand IEMs. I'll only ever use ones for working out and sound quality is not near as important for me while doing that than fit.........IEMs are something where just the act of smiling causes you to lose bass........fitting issues are always an issue......even laying in bed well change the sound........people on this channel might cringe when I say this but Bose sound sport I've found to be the best fit and perfect working out........I know they are bassy and probably not super good quality but if I want that it will be at home in the studio where I will always go for headphones not IEMs
