Thanks, quick question, what happens if you set up a routine in another app like Lutron for Sunrise/Sunset and then do it in Google Home? Should I only setup routines in the Google Home App?
All my routines worked smoothly for a very long time. By December 4th, suddenly the bidiibop sound disappearred, and speakers announce all routines. I deleted all routines but one that still works silenlty. New routines are greeted with...l don't understand or with announcements about whatever is being turned on or off...... Help, Would be great if Google read my help requests I've research this for about 6 hours.. Now l am nuts too.

Using Google Home Routines, is it possible to send a notification (email or text) when a motion sensor is triggered for instance?

I don't. I no longer have Google Home to test with.
