I like how you are being stealthy when fishing shallow water: gently putting down the net and fish on the boat deck, quietly releasing the fish back into the water, closing reel bail using your hand instead of clacking by using the reel handle, talking quietly while catching the fish, etc. Great job!
I get what you mean with the waterfront properties, it seems like the people who have them NEVER actually use them. Like, I'd be swimming, kayaking, fishing, etc if I had a dock in my backyard.
