Please make things clearer for beginners, for the first 60 days do we do a basic 5 min routine each side of face? and then after 60 days do we do the same routine and also add the advanced routine? bit confused. Also, it would help of the manual wasnt in such tiny print, that came with Mini. Haven't yet foound a manual online? Thank you , Ally

I am using the Mini and will continue this protocol, no major change but I see a stability in my face that makes me commit to this product. I also used my mini on a knee injury I recently suffered overdoing some things in my yoga practice. In the early stage of the knee pain, I was seized with pain and could not move the leg. My Nuface kit was within arm's reach and I thought why not see if it can help stabilize this leg - it did! I was able to move into a comfortable sleeping position and the pain was gone. I have been using it as a daily treatment on the knee and the situation has improved greatly in a few days.
I had a rly old one and just bought a new version on Vinted and it has no instructions so very helpful

No, unfortunately I didn't find sufficient info. It would he good PR for NF if someone jumped on here to respond to customer questions, bit more enagagemtn would serve us and your brand, better. Is it ok to use nuface with face piercings? Wont the microcurrent go to the metal piercing?
I’m looking at replacing my mini that stopped working but I’m scared. My first one didn’t even make it a year and it has no physical damage.
I just tried it for the first time today. I have the NuFace Trinity Pro and I was surprised that I could take it all the way up to the highest level. (Note, I don't wash with oil type cleanser) I also had DermWand and found that to be a lot stronger and their newer version is stronger than the older device, so I am not sure if Trinity power can go higher than what is offered with the Pro version?
Since I am new to NuFace, is there anything wrong if I use the device twice a day, 20 minutes each time I use it and include this routine 7 days a week, instead of 5 days? Should I apply very thick layer of your primer (which I did for my first use), or make it thinner so I feel more of the affects of it? I also heard in reviews that Elle is weaker than Facial Trainer, will NuFace make Elle that is stonger than the original?
I am very much dedicated to this device. It took me a very, very long time to save up to buy this and I am glad that I did.
Where did you see the ELE was weaker? Im curious being the device that is producing microcurrent is the same its only the attatchment head is different.

The serum activator gel you put on BEFORE you use the device. The activator gel and mini device work together.
Do you do the 5 minute sweep as well as the holds. Or do you just do the holds as the whole session?

I have the mini device. I have been consistently using it for approximately 4 months or so and using it for 10 minutes at a time. I am 57 and quite honestly have seen very little to no results. While I am not expecting to have wrinkles removed I do want a "polished" look. What should I do differently?
It’s not really for wrinkles it’s for toning facial muscles wrinkles would be more a skin issue

Nuface, in this video you show the neck area using the device. Can one use it safely on the neck, if so what precaution are to taken? Love the Nuface!
So glad you're loving it! It is completely safe to use on the neck area. As long as you are using the gel primer on clean skin and using the device in an upward motion (as seen in this video) you are good to go!

Is it actually a lift and hold or just a press and hold? I see people actually lifting the skin with the device and then holding it but then in Nuface videos like this, it just seems she places it on the skin and holds it without any lifting?

Do you wash off the gel at the end of treatment?
it's optional. Angie from Hot n' Flashy washes it off or you may rub the residual gel into the skin for the skin to absorb the benefits.
Depends on the gel you use. If you purchase the pricey NuFace stuff, you can rub it in for those "amazing skincare benefits" (whatever those are). But me, I don't have the cash flow for those, so I use medical ultrasound gel, which is meant to be rinsed off afterwards.

When I shut offnuface Trinity, I still see blue lights when in the charging stand. How do I know when it’s off?
Using this on my neck has delayed my period for more than a month! And I don't even have thyroid or hormonal imbalance. The device itself is great, but the side effect is not worth it.
You must not use any device on the middle of your neck ,as this is where the thyroid gland is

It's completely up to you. The 5-minute facial lift is sufficient to start. Once you're ready for more start adding the holds from the advanced treatment. And if you have a particular area to target like your jowls you can always just add the holds in that area. Happy to help if you have additional questions.

Thanks for asking! Gliding upward is correct for the 5-minute facial-lift. This video is an advanced 15-minute treatment so there are glides + holds. Just remember so long as you're using gel primer on clean skin and moving in the direction you want your skin to go there really isn't a wrong way. Enjoy your device!

I have a slight turkey neck, so if this is true, will sliding from the sides of the neck get to this center neck part and help to firm it?
@@lisamarie5918, our pleasure! Definitely avoid the midline of the neck. With NuFACE, you're working with the muscles in your face and neck and those run on either side so there's no reason to spend time in the middle. That also means "turkey neck" is prevented and treated by gently lifting your neck skin back towards your ears where it belongs.You can do the series of glides and holds on either side. Again, always moving in the direction you want your skin to go. Hope that's helpful! Reach out with any additional questions.

You can lift the neck, just avoid the midline and directly over the thyroid. I have hypothyroidism, take medication and haven't had any issues with using the device on my neck area. To the contrary, I've seen improvement in my neck firmness.
What do you mean by “1 - 2 beeps”? The device only beeps once.
You are counting the number of beeps. Hold it til you hear one beep. If you want to do it for 2 beeps...just keep holding past the first beep, until you hear it beep again.

I have a thyroid nodule (benign) on one side of my neck so have to skip my neck entirely to ensure safety and that one side doesn't develop uneven effects. Now I use gua sha (a safe and effective function of Traditional Chinese Medicine) instead.

Rather poorly depicted, especially coming from a founder of the company. The lighting on the neck isn't terribly good; all the positions are shown so quickly, or the camera angle changes mid-demonstration, that it makes it difficult to see exactly where the positions are.
How disappointing that a large company, with a generally good reputation, is seemingly unable to produce a video with clear demonstrations of how to use their $400'ish product.

Incredibly poorly depicted and for such an expensive product requiring users to reach out for better direction is…… crazy. Just provide better documentation. Diagrams, words on paper, etc. You guys clearly aren’t capable of producing helpful tutorial videos.
