I love my Nuface, but every time I use it on my jaw, but jaw looks boxier and heavier. What am I doing wrong?
I had a micro-current face lift done with a professional and you do see a difference right away but this result is temporary.
If you have dental crowns or other improvements in your mouth, is there a problem?
Is there any benefits to using lower settings? Or are the settings specifically for comfort?
They're specifically for comfort.
Can you do this after a facial mask and use the remaining essence as primer?
I have dental implant.. can i still use ?
Hi love! You can absolutely safely use NuFACE® Microcurrent Devices if you've had any dental implants or braces! Smiles all around! Xxo
Years ago, they said not to use the NuFace on the neck, I believe there was concern about the thyroid. Now, it's deemed safe?
Hi! Our products are perfect to tone and countour the neck. However, if you have thyroid issues we advise speaking to your Dr. prior to use. We hope this helps! xx
I have quite a lot of dental fillings so I'm wondering if a mouth guard would give some protection from the current if I could get one in rubber?
The current won't affect your fillings.
@@MYNuFACE I don't mean it will actually affect them, but I've read a lot of reviews where people have had pain either during or after using NuFace.
Great demo! How long does results last? And how often should it be done?
Thank you foe the video. I've only had my device a week, so I am still a little hesitant on where to apply it. I'l watch this several times!!
Please could you tell me if the gel is vegan and cruelty free?
It is vegan. Unfortunately the FDA does require testing on animals, but we're hopeful that changes soon.
@@MYNuFACE Please don't just be hopefully. Actively campaign for it. The vegan market is growing and more people will ask questions like this.
I thought you were not supposed to use it in the thyroid area

1- why avoiding eye area? Can I slightly use the sphere around eye since I got the mini. 2- leave the gel on face? I doubt it will clog pores, your other instruction videos all advise to use a wet cloth to wash the gel off after treatment...🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
Can you use the same procedure with the nuface mini?
Show me someone with wrinkles that you work on. Please?
What do you use if your gel makes my skin burn?
Our client services team can help you find the best solution and can be reached at info@MyNuFACE.com

I thought you are not supposed to use this type of device close to your thyroid?
Hi love-happy to help you with this! We recommend to not use on the neck if diagnosed with or suspect a thyroid problem. Hope this helps! Xo
If you do rolling or Gua Sha, should you do the micro current first or the other tools?
How do you charge the trinity? Does it have to stand in it’s charger all the time charging?
are there these products in south america ; I mean Peru
I have a thyroid problem. Is it safe for me to use in on my neck?
You should avoid using on your neck if you have thyroid problems. Always an option to consult your physician for their guidance as well.
How often is it recommended per week to use the Nuface tool? Also is there any difference in the mini and the one in the video?
Everyday for 30 days initially.
The mini one doesn’t allow for changing attachments and it’s a bit smaller. But does the same thing
Is it true that anyone that has had a joint replacement should not use this device?

Hi there

Hi there! You can shop the Trinity at www.mynuface.com 🤍
The gel primer often causes breakouts? Any other options?
I tought i was the only one.. I've never in my life broke out like this before 😳
Hi Kelly, sorry to hear this. We have several formulas - Hydrating Leave On and 24K in Brighten and Firm. Removing after use is also an option that may help. Some clients have shared they use alternatives like aloe, but we have not tested with other products and cannot vouch for the effectiveness. Be sure anything you use is oil free and worthy of being put on your face.
How do clean after use?
What is the best way to clean the NuFace and with what?
HI Tonya! We recommend cleaning your device with a lightly damp, soft washcloth. Remove any remaining gel from the device spheres and lightly clean the base. If you are sharing the device with someone else, you can sanitize the spheres by using an alcohol wipe. Let us know if you have any other questions!
Love this video. It is a lot more explanatory than the previous ones. I can’t wait to do this again tonight.
Why have several intensities if you always use it on high on your clients?
What is the best time of the day to do this? I don't have time in the morning. Is it ok to do it in the evening?
Hi Wanda! Any time that you can fit your NuFACE routine into your day is a great time! It is perfectly fine to have an evening routine! Hope this helps! 🤍
How long do you charge the trinity before using the first time
You can use any gel
I used my face 5 times a week following all the steps in this video and ended up with very saggy skin under my chin. I’m in a lot of distress. What went wrong?
Hi Tatsiana! So sorry to hear this. Please contact info@mynuface.com so we can further assist you.
Hi,
Is there any practical treatment video about these spheres or attachment for the area around eyes...?
This is my primer area where I would like to achieve a good results, but , how does it work?
Thank You
And u need to spray bottle with water to rewet ur gel
Does it affect me if i have a thyroid problem, and use it around that area?
I would say, don't use it at all if you have a thyroid problem. Consult in the page.
Definitely best to skip your neck if you have a thyroid problem until you can consult with your health care provider.
Skip the neck even if you don’t have a thyroid problem.
Hi I just love the way you explained the whole process. I’ve been using my NUFACE since last year and I see a huge improvement. But this video clarified even more for me. Thank you dear 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for sharing! We're so happy to hear that. Follow us on Instagram and join our upcoming 60 Day Challenge to inspire others to get the results you're loving.
Yes thank you it is very helpful
This really works ! I love using it, however the gel is irritating will try aloe gel like everyone in the comments haha
Hyaluronic acid is drying
Can you really not use aloe vera gel with it? I ran out of the conductive gel that came with it. I've been using aloe vera gel and it seems to work fine but here she said it won't transfer the current properly?
Is that normal if I have a little bit red skin, after doing therapy for the first time, with nuface.
Now in the morning is everything OK.
I was doing on maximum...
Second day I put gel first. And I didn't have red skin. First day I put something else on skin, hyaloronic lothion and it's not OK. Obviously.
Do you have an option to put some oil or something else before doing a therapy?
Hello @nuface - i dropped the devise recenrly and one of the steel balls(?) Came out of its socket...still attached but does not give a current. How do i get it repaired? My warranty is over as have had it over 3 years.
Donde puedo conseguirlo y que precio tiene
So upset that my nuface stopped working today😥😥. I've taken excellent care of it & now it just stopped working? It shows its fully charged but doesn't turn on😥😥. I'm devastated. I really loved the results. It was very spendy but I pampered myself. I bought it from a reputable seller. Its only 7 months old. So depressing😥. I hope they can help me replace it.
You talk about this stimulating the muscles but on your website the FAQ blatantly states that the device does not contract muscles. So which is it? Does it contract muscles or not?
Thanks for asking! NuFACE devices do not contract the muscles, but they do stimulate the muscle. So you get the beautiful contour and lift, but it's not a harsh contraction.
Hi Samantha. Our devices do not contract the muscles. You'll never perform a lift and see your facial muscle contract in the way they do when you're smiling or laughing. But our devices definitely do gently stimulate your muscles giving you all the beautiful benefits described.
