    No one has ever said anything about using a serum (oil free) under the gel while using your device and I think this is outstanding since it will push some of the serum into your skin ! You are right about going with the muscles not against. You have shared great information! Thanks 😊

      You can use the serum first. Wait for it to soak in and then apply the conductor gel over top. Use medical grade Doppler gel and then just wash it off. It’s that simple. If your serum or gel dries out, mist your face with mineral water or simple tap water as it contains minerals. Distilled water has. I minerals in it. Just spritz your face.

    Thank you for the tip about spraying water mist to make it more easy to roll on face…saves using product serums

    The conduction simply comes from minerals. So Himalayan salt and water mixed and a spray bottle of mineral water does ea fantastic job of conducting micro currant. I do like to apply a serum under the salt water so it can be pushed in as described in this video.

    Great tips! Just started using the ZiiP Halo & applied The Ordinary Multi-Peptide + HA Serum (on washed face) & let it sink in about 5 min. & then applied the ZiiP (standard) gel; about half way through, used Giovanni Hydrating Facial Prime & Setting Mist to keep gel from drying out. Worked perfectly! Thank you!!

    You have a great channel with very good advice, so clear and concise. Just wondering how much can the Bear be used under the eyes - as in for eye bags? They state it shouldn't be used for eye bags but if you don't specifically use it there, can you still get the benefits because you are using it around the temple and forehead? I noticed in one of your other videos, you use it to push up on the cheek to help flatten the area under the eyes. thx.

Or should I wash my face again? Thanks!0

    Thank you so much! Love your videos. I wanted to try a micro current device myself also but I’m a little worried it might cause wrinkles or fine lines later down the road? I read somewhere that it works by contracting and stimulating the muscles to work but isn’t that exactly what Botox is trying to prevent? Excessive movement that causes lines? Kinda confused 😥😥

    Hi, thank you for your video. Could you please tell me if i can put serum after toner and vit C?
    My current skincare routine in the morning is: cleanse -> toner -> vit C -> hydration (HA) -> cream.
    So can i still follow thesse step or i have to skip the toner & vitC ? Because i want to include Bear to my skincare routine everyday.
    Thank you so much and love your vid ❤️

    • @BrazilianGirlChannel
      @BrazilianGirlChannel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi you're welcome :) It depends on ingredients that you have on your toner and Vit C serum.
      As I've mentioned on the video anything you put on your face before micro-current will get push deeper into your skin.
      And also if there are oils on the ingredients lists it's not good to use before microcurrrent because Oils will cause the microcurrent to not work.
      So Make sure that your toner does not contain any oils or alcohol on it.
      And make sure your Vit C does not contain any oils.

    I have some confusion with the methods I see in the information manuals that come with the tool compared to online. It was helpful to show the muscles in the face. My concern is seeing people use the device around the eye area and temples when the manual says not to. Same with the midline thyroid area of the neck.
    I hope you don't mind a bit of advice but never touch end of the pipette of the serum bottle to your face or hands. Very unhygienic even with clean hands and face.

    This video has been very helpful and informative. How long should my micro current session take? 15 minutes? 30 minutes?

    • @BrazilianGirlChannel
      @BrazilianGirlChannel  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Happy to hear the video has been helpful. The microcurrent session really depends on the device you are using. Each MC device has it's own current and instructions. So some devices have 3 minutes sessions others have to be used for 30 mins. So depending on the device you have it will tell you how long is he treatment. Also some devices have pre set treatments so it can also depend on the treatment that you are using with the devices. Devices such as the ZIIP have over 13 types of treatments so each one will have different lengths. So always best to look at the device instruction to know how long the treatment will be or if the device offer different pre sent treatments.

    You so need to use something for micronutrients because it has a salt or mineral that makes it conductive. Or you can add salt to your gel. 1 tblspoon to 1/4 cup gel.
    Gold is conductive which is why its in some gels . Other minerals also are conductive.
    If you use a water spray or make your own, do not use distilled water. It has no minerals in it and will inhibit conductivity. Use a mineral water or spring water.

    • @BrazilianGirlChannel
      @BrazilianGirlChannel  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi You're welcome. Thanks for watching ❤️ You can use rose water spray just make sure it only contains pure rose water and no oils, no dyes, artificial fragrances and no alcohol. Because oils will prevent the current from reaching the muscles and alcohol or any dyes can irritate the skin since MC pushing ingredients deeper. So make sure it's just pure rose water with no other ingredients.

    I love Microcurrent, but does anyone else have this problem where they can’t use it anywhere on the jaw? The moment I put it there, my jaw gets boxier and my cheekbone definition disappears. I think my muscles in that area are already large that when I pump them up with current that just get bulkier and make my face look like a box. I wonder if I’m doing something wrong? I would love a more toned jawline, but no matter what microcurrent device I use on that area (Nuface, Ziip, Foreo Bear) my jaw looks far worse after.

    Amei o vídeo! Bem detalhado. Parabéns!
    Eu comprei o mini bear e o serum, serum serum da Foreo.
    Infelizmente, não me adaptei. Não sei o que aconteceu, mas levo choques. Testei por 2 vezes, depois fiquei com medo usar. Do meu lado direito eu não tive problema algum, mas do lado esquerdo, perto da área dos olhos deu muito choque e quando passei no pescoço/colo eu senti choque no braço e ficou dormente por algumas horas. Como assim no braço, né? Eu também fiquei me perguntando o porquê. Estava no nível 2. Não tenho implantes dentários e não estava usando cordão e pulseiras. Estou sem entender até agora. Fiquei triste pois do lado direito que eu consegui fazer direitinho eu vi diferença na pele. Nem sei o que faço com o aparelho. Foi carinho. Você já ouviu algum relato parecido?

    • @BrazilianGirlChannel
      @BrazilianGirlChannel  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oi Kelly Feliz que gostou do video. Pelo o que voce me explicou...Me parece que talvez nao tenha colocado Gel ou serum suficiente na area que teve este efeito em voce...pois eu noto que quando o gel ou serum fica meio seco em certas areas causa nao ter conductividade suficiente pois precisa de agua ou o gel para poder ter conductividade como explico neste video.
      Entao as vezes pode acontecer com qualquer aparelho de microcorrente de dar esse choquinho se nao tiver gel suficiente ou conductividade entre o aparelho e a pele. Porque se voce colocar o aparelho no rosto que nao tenha gel suficiente da um choquezinho sim pois a microcorrente nao pode penetrar a pele e meio que dá um retorno da corrente (bounce back).
      Espero que tenha entendido essa explicacao..Desculpa o meu portuguese meio quebrado. Moro aqui a mais de 25 anos e por isso as vezes o portugues esta meio enferrujado.
      Em relacao ao braço doer porque passou no pescoço. pode ter dado um espasmo no musculo e ter afetado o Braço. Isso nunca ocorreu comigo. Mas quando uso EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) o que um tipo de microcorrente ja aconteceu de ter me dado espasmos em outras areas do corpo. Mas isso nunca aconteceu com o BEAR.
      Microcorrente é um modalidade normalmente bem segura sem tem efeitos colaterais. POREM cheque que voce tenha nenhuma das contra indicacoes. Aqui envio a link da lista de contra indicacoes para voce ler e ter certeza que pode usar. Se voce tiver algum dos quesitos desta lista entao realmente nao pode usar: www.7ewellness.com/blogs/infuse-your-spa/7e-myolift%E2%84%A2-microcurrent-contraindications
      Mas se depois de ler a lista de contra indicacoes e ver que nao tem nada desta lista. veja se adicionando mais serum a area que for fazer a microcorrente ajuda a nao ter essa sensacao.
      E principalmente trabalhar por areas. Colocando serum so na area que for trabalhar. E assim que o serum for ficando seco colocar mais serum ou spray em cima do serum com agua para sempre ter bastante conductividade na area que por a microcorrente.
      Ou talvez tentar usar com Aloe Vera Gel ou ultrasound gel pois assim realmente desliza bem e nao seca tao rapido quanto so usando o Foreo serum serum.
      O foreo Serum serum é otimo para a pele mas tem passar bastante na area para ter conductividade e seca mais rapido do que um gel de ultrasom.
      Mas claro se depois de tentar essas sugestoes voce continuar a ter desconforto mesmo depois de tentar isso infelizmente melhor nao usar ou consultar seu medico para saber se pode ser alguma outra coisa que nao esteje nessa lista de contra indicacoes.
      Espero que tenha ajudado e me avisa se tiver alguma outra pergunta.

    Since fat sits on top of the muscle, is it possible to also have facial fat loss? Body microcurrent procedures market fat loss but for the face it does not… but is it not the same technology? Even at lower current, can longterm use have this effect? Thanks for the video and information!

    • @BrazilianGirlChannel
      @BrazilianGirlChannel  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi Microcurrent devices will never cause fat loss because they only target the muscle. They use a gentle electric current that helps to lift the muscle and never heats up to any level to could cause any fat loss. There are many devices in the market that combine microcurrent with other modalities.... maybe you are referring to devices that have Ultrasound fat cavitation and microcurrent or RF. Ultrasound fat cavitation is a modality that usually used for fat loss.
      I've been using microcurrent since my late twenties and I will be 45 this year. I've used many different microcurrent devices and i have tested basically all the microcurrent devices in the market and you can tell by my face that there has been no fat loss. Microcurrent has helped me to not have to use any botox or fillers and to keep my muscles toned. It truly works when used consistently. But for sure it will never ever cause any fat loss. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    • @BrazilianGirlChannel
      @BrazilianGirlChannel  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Tabatha, Happy you like the video! if you are getting shocked it could mean that you are using too high of a setting. So lower the current OR it could be your dont' have enough conductivity on your skin. So make sure to use a conductivity gel and spray it with water so the current can penetrate better on your skin. Let me know which device you are using so i can give you even more suggestions specific to your device.
