Excellent video I enjoy it I wish I seen it before I do like the all-wheel drive and I believe you're steering stabilizer was the hellbender I've got that on order right now thank you I love your videos I wish I could see some more I will be looking for them
Thanks for the video. I’d be careful with pushing these platforms too far. Safety, brakes, frame at minimum given the extra power & weight. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
At least I know it can be done. Maybe I'll do it when my original battery goes out. Sucks that you didn't post any links. A lot of us come to these videos to learn.
Interesting! Do you have any videos where you demonstrate how the new electronics (battery, controller, etc.) were actually installed and wired up? Do you have a video demonstrating how your stabilizer was installed? What brand was it? Who manufactured the battery? How is it wired up?
Well you have the fastest freedom in the United States! Your bike looks very clean. you got maximum and citizen beat. I think rear wheel direct drive motor is the way to go. I like the wheelies.
Unbelievable! I’ve been hustling through my central IL small 150k city in a ‘24 Freedom, through town hanging with the cars daily. The brakes are fantastic; I feel like I’m setting a good example of reasonable ebike behaviors when doing so, minus a few mistakes but that’ll happen when I’m hitting 2000 miles in two months. Just got an $800 second battery (40kaH) and so I’ll be running 60 at once (battery balancer $200). Heavily invested (helmet with JBL speakers and the list goes on for the type of gear you get when you are in love with LONG daily rides. I run up to 80kaH on my Lectric XP 3 in 20 degree weather, out and about for almost 4 hours at 28mph steady, TOTAL BLAST. But the Freedom is the CORVETTE. I’m OBSESSED.
Don’t forget new bike coming out this spring 2024 exact same parts as the wired freedom, same motor everything, what’s nice is it’s free shipping?. It’s Called the ecell five star. I’m trying to save for it, but it’s not easy with Joe Biden in the White House.
You can get dual battery go-betweens that let you use batteries of different voltages together. When the 72v battery goes down to 67v it works in tandem with the 60v.
In your video looking down across your frame symmetry your front forks and tire appear to out of line and to far to the left ...on your 54 mph run I noticed even with the steering damper the death wobble was still there..
@bobedwards6138 the front wheel is straight and when you're going that fast the front gets really light at higher speeds it could definitely use some more weight in the front
This is a repeat of my other comment on your other video. But how did you find a 72V for the Freedom ebike? Aren't the largest 60V? And would that possibly cause harm to the motor? I mean, it's awesome and all but would like to get a 72V but where can you find them?
I would at least wear gloves at those speeds. I had a low speed fall on my Wallke H9 and really scraped up my palms, it felt like I had frostbite on my finger tips
You had a lot of clear blacktop to get top speed. I'm paused @ 8:13 to write this. Just give ér. See what it touches and then throttle off. That bikes a rocket. if it hit 55 mph, that'd be good enough for that kind of torque. O.k......back to the vid..... oh wow, 54mph. prob hit near 60 maybe. should have lead out with some Sammy hagar.. lol
Is there a reason why you didn't give a parts list on battery and controller? Makes no sense to put these kinds of videos up and have people wanting the upgrades, only to be let down by the lack of details. Not cool.
@@Ebikepowerlevel5 You may want to edit your video description then to link to the video that discusses the parts. Doesn't make much sense to put out a video with a title of a new battery and controller, then don't list the parts or link to the parts.
See the thing is you dont really need this much power on a bike. 40 miles per hour is crazy to go on a bike, and crazy dangerous. The more power these things have, even witn gas motor bikes, the faster these things go tue more likely an accident is going to be fatal. Its fun for sure to be able to fly by cars going 40. I was just doing it before work. But the wired freedom is probably the fastest i will ever want an ebike to go, and in my opinion its faster then needed. At this point, just get a motorcycle or a car even
some days i purposely keep my speed limiter to 30 or PAS to level 2 which only gets me to around 24mph. that's the beauty that you can customize it to suit your needs.
In all fairness, not really a 'karen'. They make a good point, whether you want to hear it or not. Riding like this, times thousands doing it all over the country, is what is going to bring MAJOR regulations to this industry. So I guess you could enjoy this type of riding till you can't or follow the rules of the road every other type of vehicle does and become a friend of others that are closely watching us and gaining their respect proving to them we are striving to practice good riding behavior while remaining mindful of both the laws and our fellow man and their pets. Regardless, we are all smart enough to know that this will not happen and in time there are going to be major regulations due to the small percentage of riders who simply do not care and only think of themselves. Something to strongly consider whether you disagree with me or not. Peace and happy riding!!!!
If you could give a part list that would be incredible
Yes please

he definitely has me beat. Large single hub motor is the way to go unless you're going to be doing only off roading.
It's nice to compare the two builds

I have the same set-up on a full suspension Walmart mtb, it ways like 65 pounds.

Parts list and links please..
did you add a strobe to your rear brake light or is it doing that because of video camera
Do you know how much the wheel and controller weights
How much you pay for the battery?
What did you do to make your bike to do 52 seed??
I tried looking for mb power kit couldn’t find it … I’d like to see what your using please link the parts or name them… is it mb or nb?
