I have to make somethings clear. So F1 students are allowed to work part-time (20hrs), during course, and full time(40hrs) during breaks. Also, we get SSN based on this. The condition is that we need to have some on-campus job. It is not necessary that our work has to be connected to our studies. Now, CPT /OPT are for off-campus jobs. CPT is during the course and OPT is after graduation. CPT and OPT both have to be related to our field.
Application process for the admission is not simple. We have to start the preparation atleast 1 and half year before the intake we are planning to join. The requirements vary based on the universities and courses. Most of them need language proficiency, 3 letter of recommendation (our teachers have to submit by themselves for us ) , Resume, transcript, statement of purpose. F1 Visa is a game of luck... We do have good number of rejection rates for multiple reasons. If you get reject please don't feel bad. Please keep trying. Please have all the documents that can support for whatever they are asking you.
Part time can be done only On Campus. CPT can be done off campus. But it depend on the department. CPT should be related to your study and it can be done during summer breaks.
Also OPT is 3 year after course completion. Within 3 years you have to get H1B which is given once a year thru a lottery system. 85k H1B are given per year. Almost 250k people apply. You can get upto 3 chances for H1B. If your H1B petition is not picked within 3 years, get ready to pack your bags and leave the country.
Looking at the our people who came here for study but struggle to get jobs, is quite painful. To finally end up with fake resumes, fake interviews and being found out by the companies only to be thrown out is a disaster. To all those who dream to study in US, not to discourage you but please please don’t have high hopes about a glorious future. Take a step forward only if God leads. Take wise decisions before you spend a fortune.

Can someone tell here what the steps are for getting into a medical school (to be a doctor) in the USA, after passing the 12th standard which is plus 2? For foreign students. A friend asked me but it was difficult for them to understand.
You can't get in any US med school with plus 2. Must be undergraduate(BS) with pre med credits, M CAT with high score, some experience in health care as volunteer etc and recommendations to be considered. then there will be an interview before final selection for the few who are on short list. Med school is for 4 yrs, tution will be $ 40 to 80,000/- per year for US citizens/ green card holders. Housing, books are extra and most likely you wont have time to work. For Americans, the tution for out of state candidates will be higher compared to in state candidates , Private university tution will be higher compared to State Universities.

If you decide on a post residency fellowship, that is extra 1-4 yrs after your residency.( average tution at med school is $75,000/- per year. Tution for Americans (instate students) is about $40000/- per year at state universities)
If you choose Germany you must have to face a big problem that is communication issue. You may can handle English easily but german is not like that. Language barrier is a huge problem.
