You knew Scott, my younger brother, well, I'll be seventy-four this year and can't wait to climb the highest peak in Washington. You inspired me to go last spring and it was grand. Idaho too. Was I talking smack or just relaying my experience? Was it smack when I described the helpful agent I got on the phone? Or was the smack part when I elaborated on the agency having a wrong number listed on the contact us page? If anyone understands the rigors the agencies go through on the daily it's I. . . it's not "smack" (whatever that is), it's an experience.
