Why the text to speech program? Five reasons:
1. Originally my mic wasn't working (motherboard connection problem).
2. I also wished to remain anonymous (what with uploading copyrighted material and all).
3. This method proved to be more convenient
4. It sounds more professional, like those voiceovers in documentaries. Sure it also sounds unnatural sometimes, but it is still the clearest, most human sounding voice out there at the moment.
5. I am currently in a noisy environment where it is sometimes impossible to record a voice commentary without interruptions. So even if I do decide to use my own voice, it will not be anytime soon.

When i fought him i wasnt able to defeat him... then it started raining
Just don't try any of these on the ps3 version. It'll piss you off. I don't think ps3 is technologically advanced enough to deal with these methods. At least mine ain't anyway.

@@jhonwick1856 It takes a lot to put him down. Stay in the pool and give it a try that way. It's been a long time since I played that level but, on the PS3 I know I captured him. And, took his body to the base.
Such a cool reference to MGS3, next time I want to defeat him with a lightining bolt.
Before watching this video, I tried extracting him with fulton, never figuring out how to stop the kid from breaking the balloons. When finally worked was when I called in a chopper to extract while he was stun, but he recovered and tried to shoot it down. However, the was a fuel tank between him and the chopper, and the resevoir just so happened to be behind him. :3

There's another way. Lure him to the edge of the cliff, get around him and super punch him with your bionic arm. That was epic
The first time I beat him I was confused what to do and ended up getting quiet to shoot a grenade knocking him into the reservoir it was cool as hell
Now it's a top 25 list 😉

@Jamison David It is also available on the PC. And surprisingly, on last gen consoles too. But it probably looks terrible on them (I would imagine).

This was pretty good. But yeah, funny story about my experience with the Man on Fire, I pretty much ran for my life to the cave, but it collapsed, then I tried to fight him, but I had no squirt gun, but I did find out about those water tanks in the warehouse and mainly used those, but like a dumb ass I was shooting him while he was down, and I did attempt the Fulton extraction on him, but Psycho Mantis destroyed it and even though I shot at him a lot, I thought Mantis was untouchable or something so I stopped. Eventually, I launched a missile in his face and he counter attacked and I almost died, but as Kaz says, thank Mother Nature, because rain came down and saved my ass. It was a good boss, if I play the game a again, I’ll try to use some of these methods, I think my favorite idea is your about to die, Man on Fire is in front of you and is in front of the cliff, you run to a Jeep and run him over while screaming your war cry, and right before the Jeep and Man on Fire falls, you jump out of the Jeep and let it fall.

Reading your comments i think i choice the hardest way for beat him. I just used c4 for the water case and call the chopper, then he wake up and follow close to the second water case. When he was down for the second time, only me and God know how much i walk for go into chopper
Honestly I havnt been this far in the game yet though I wonder if the floating boy can be shot with the water gun.

I just ran him over and over again with a normal car to push him that small bit towards the reservoir and I got him with that strategy.

OPTIONS
I first really struggled at this boss, but for me the risky way worked. I baited him close to the water and shot a rocket into the water making it burst upward an hit him. The short stun time was enough to jump into the helicopter

I put 9 c4 on the water tower expecting the water tower to stop him, but the blast threw him into the reservoir. that works too
I was in the reservoir and I teleported him to me with Hand Of Jehuty and died
I would have given a thumbs up because this was an otherwise good video, but I can't stand the robotic voice.
I used the ram method lol

My R&D team keeps getting leveled down, which prevents me from developing certain gear and weapons.
Fulton is the best way
I stopped the kid once using a supply drop and extracted but he broke the cords

when i fought him i hit him with the water tank in the thing and kept shooting the floating girl while i got on the helicopter shooting the floating girl extends the stun i found (think)

I did it by, stun him at water tank, then throw supply drop to hit Psycho Nemesis Jr.

i always used rain or a fully upgraded water pistol. takes forever, but he dies or gets stunned at leeast, then i fulton him. i think you can stunlock him into the reservoir since it pushes him back... but i'm not sure.

Took me a while to figure this boss fight out but what I did is I baited him toward the cliff, trampled him with the Jeep, and bailed last second.

3 shots with a shorty in front of the pool on the first attempt, that was all it took.

One additional note: If you keep running around hiding from him, after 10 minutes it starts raining and that's permanently knocks out fireman.
You can call in rain with weather modification as well, but I think that restricts your rank to A. if all tasks are performed, you can achieve S rank even run even running around for ten minutes.

i disagree with this being 24 methods.
it's 4 methods (water reservoir, water tank, cliff, power fist) with some variations in execution.
but it's still a pretty good and thorough exploration of the mechanics, so nice.

When i play it for my first time i cant beat him so i use weather support - raining :D cool effect :D i havent be ready for him :D i have all my weapons for stun or sleep :D
