Hi Micheline, I am not sure on this. It could be an issue with formatting. Does it do this on one document or on all of your documents? If you've found the answer, let me know in case someone else has this problem.
Hi Sunil, If you go to the View Tab, look in the Views group. You'll see the Outline view button pinned to the top right of that group. I hope this helps.
