Its not a bad idea to freeze some of your flavorful soup broth to save for next time. Or if made using bones it will simply gel in the fridge. Then ppl put the broth in ice cube trays to freeze, then use for soup base, gravies, sauces, etc.. even a brothy cup from a teacup or mug. Especially nice when you aren't feeling good!! Nutritional. 🌿
