What I also love about Chen is he is very down to earth and humble. Even though he is a famous and a very experienced food blogger, he does not hesitate to ask questions whenever needed. Truly a very remarkable person.
These are pretty much the only videos I like rewatching several times.
The five stomachs mike has:
Main stomach- devours everything except broccoli
Second stomach- only runs on desserts
Third stomach- runs only on pho
Asian stomach- devours only lobster and crab
Asian stomach number 2- devours only stir fried lobster
Epsilon Second Stomach also supports lobsters because Lobsters ara sweet LOL

Mikey, thank you for eating for me. I became diabetic after being sick with pancreatitis since April this year. I love seafood; but I have to be careful with my diet. By looking at you eating happily, I am sort of satisfied. Hahaha! Keep eating happily for me! Happy Thanksgiving.
The food at that last restaurant was some of the nicest I have ever seen. Just the presentation was amazing. The turnip thingy was beautiful. I’ve seen about 25 of your videos, and this was the first time I wished I had your job, going all over the world, trying all that seafood at your first buffer today, etc. thanks Mike and fellow workers. I am violently, dangerously allergic to shellfish...like, I couldn't even go into the restaurant...but somehow I always end up watching Mike feasting on these deadly foods & omg, it's pretty much the only time that a couple of Epipens & an ambulance & maybe doom seem totally worth it.
