i think I grew up around the same time you did. Definitely, the original toy was a top 5-10 figures from my collection. This looks very faithful to the original toy. But sad they did not have the lenticular sticker on the chest.
I loved getting a lot of accessories with my figures back in the day (still do!). So this guy was super cool to have storage for three attachments. I think figures like these should also start coming with effects pieces like some Transformers do. How cool would it be to have a flame effect for his flamethrower?!
Wasn't interested in him back when he was 33 because I wasn't able to get Dr Mindbender the Creator so I was discouraged on buying the bat until recently when I was just able to get Dr Mindbender but paid a pretty penny for him and BigBadToyStore had the bats so I ordered 10 of them
@@KylePeterson1980 better question what boxes do you keep? I have all the revelations figures and boxes are huge. I’d imagine you save the classified boxes but I have a double closet full of just boxes so I ask you ,, I’m 42 lol closet full of boxes
@@MNC122703 Hey I keep ALL my boxes. Not only closets full, but some of the box art is great and looks good lined up on shelves as backdrops and such. Plus if you ever decide to sell, they're worth a good deal more so why not?

Lenticular? My favorite cobra/joe as a kid. Loved all the accessories it comes with. I’m buying any and all bats I come across.
For gimmicks, that was pretty cool But I also like the color changing Zartan.
They did a great job of concealing those butterfly shoulder joints!
