The scene with the knife is from issue 50 of GI Joe when the Joes attacked Springfield to rescue Ripcord. Serpentor is shot and uses a hot knife to cauterize his wound.

Probably the coolest classified I've seen since they came out. the pulse zartan makes the list to. I'm beyond impressed with serpentor.
If I remember correctly there was an issue of the GI Joe comic and Serpentor used a hot knife to cauterize a wound on his arm. I'm guessing that's what the picture on the box is based on.
I know what you mean am in my 60s and still love the gi joe cartoons
Got mine yesterday from GameStop here in Canada. It’s definitely much bigger and heavier than I was expecting it to be. So for the price point, it kinda makes up for it. But then watching the reviews, just looking at it. Wow, Hasbro really hit this one out of the park. I’m keeping mine M.I.B.
I gotta wait to get mine as I wasn’t able the first round. Just happy they gave us a second chance to get it and Dr. Mindbender!
The air chariot is sick also I'm so amazed with this whole set up wish I'd got in on it but I'm in to many rabbit holes

Got mine yesterday and boy ole boy, what a chore getting him and all the accessories out of the box without causing any damaging to the packaging, which I totally failed at by the way. But what an amazing set, and I don't even collect GI Joe! But I do get Classified figures from time to time to customize or just mess around with, but a snake-themed villain with a cape and vehicle? Sign me up! He's an awesome figure, no idea where I'm going to put him... but very fun for sure

Love the figure, got him probably early since through 3rd p it came to me early. I think you forgot the fangs from the chariot? Because they do come down. As far as the figure I feel it came too soon. I know he is a favorite and he is rock solid but I feel we should get more other vehicles and figures, those that are actually coming now.
Wow, this figure is great. The figure itself is amazing and the cape really puts it over the top. Is that the first soft goods in the Classified line? The Chariot is impressive. Does look bigger than expected. I missed this. I was out on GI Joe for financial reasons although I'm dabbling again at least. I would think this is not only a top 5 JOE but a top 5 figure period. Love that Malakai Black but this figure is right up there.
Oh yeah bro I got one to display and one to keep unopened. He is a definite top pick. Been a Joe fan since the beginning. My whole Joe collection is all Cobra lineup.
I wish they’d go with that diaphragm joint on all the new releases. So much better looking - and better functionality- than the ab hinge.

I was also 5 or 6 years old and remember that Serpentor arise mini series and that then leading up to the movie and cobra la and truly for us as kids growing up in the 80s was such a magical time
I actually still love the movie! I know its weird and gets shit on but maybe growing up loving it made me immune from critical opinion of it lol

I was not a big fan of serpentor when he took over cobra. Give me cobra commander all day. Growing up in the 80s I never even owned a serpentor. I was able to pick up a three pack with (O ring) serpentor, scrap iron, and firefly from a local toys and comics in early 00s. It does look good.
Also its funny how many people misunderstand that shirt, its clearly satire

wow. I love the joes but I am out the game now. I never see them in stores now and then all different exclusives make it hard to stay up to date. They are great figures though.

The packaging design really sucks on classifieds just give us the filecard and the blurb that all we want I just got Redondo at ross it's packaging sucks as well but at 5.99 I'm throwing the packaging away anyhow.good video

I've got Sgt. Slaughter on the way from Hasbro but man I would have loved to have nabbed Serpentor and Dr. Mindbender. They are must haves in the line. I hope I don't have to pay secondary market prices but if Hasbro never rereleases him I may have to break down and pay the premium price.

It was super stuck and I didn't want to rip the crap out of the box like a little kid on Christmas morning!

This has been the stupidest line to try to collect. Main characters as exclusives is about stupid. Not to mention the mark ups. I didn’t know this came out. Luckily I don’t like this one. And glad the paint is coming off the Mindbender cape too. Screw the Hasbro pulse stuff, it’s just a way for them to charge $80 for a $50 product.

The Chariot is awesome but again like Michael from retroblasting I feel Hasbro falls short no shiny cape, his teeth look cheaply done, and his cowl is little and doesn't match, but people can't handle the truth, I guess everybody gets a trophy ,.I will save my money do better or not your choice

Its pretty obviously a satire and clearly a statement of what happened. Its not showing it in a great light, which is the point of satire.

So the idea that you’d need to “look for” something to get offended about when this guy is shoving an objectively and intentionally provocative image in people’s faces is ridiculous. Perhaps you’re not aware of the history of your own country, or perhaps you prefer to ignore it. I don’t know the answer. But the whole “stop being offended by everything, it’s satire!” schtick gets tough to maintain when the satire is referencing an actual genocide. People can wear whatever they like, and make whatever statement they like. They are free to do that. But the price of that choice is that others can choose to express their distaste or disgust. Deal with it buttercup.
