Dude what how do you only have 34 subs! You have the quality of really popular bike channels. I thought you had like 10k or something. Keep up the epic work!
Thank you SO much! Seriously means so much to me and I'm happy to say I just wrapped up my four years studying mechanical engineering, so I'll be posting a lot more soon. I have a lot of exciting new equipment and comments like these are all I need for motivation. Thanks again for taking the time to not only watch, but comment this in. I hope you're safe and I look forward to getting more videos out!
thank you so much! I had big plans for this channel, but life hit hard lately. One day I hope to get back in the swing of things, I even got a new camera for better content. For now, I'm just glad you got to enjoy the video and I hope you're out enjoying the trails as well! Thank you for taking the time to not only watch, but comment in as well. It definitely means a lot to me!
Thank you so much! I used a heat gun to warm up the previous stickers and frame protection and then IPA to clean up the residue. Getting it hot with significantly help removing the old decals and prevent paint damage!
Man you are a great youtouber, you deserve more subscribers, and also if you're bike is basic then mountain biking is easy 😂 (that means you're bike is awsome) ❤️👍
Seriously means so much to me, man! 🙌 Thank you for taking the time to watch and write this comment. I have more videos to come and your support means the world. 😁
Nope! I used a heat gun and got them very hot. Note that this paint is the anodized version from Banshee so it may resist this greater than a traditional paint. Thanks for watching!
Did the original bike frame decals have a clear coat over them? My bike seems to have a clear coat and I'm not so sure I want to try to remove them. Wondering if I should just put the new vinyl decals over the original ones and hit it with a heat gun?
The shock decal is for a Monarch Plus with the Debonair air canister that at the time, I had yet to install! If you sneak a look at the rear shock, it has the standard air canister.
Thanks! They're on Slik Graphics site and if you don't see what you're looking for, just email them. They didn't have the Banshee Rune V2 decals up, but when I emailed them they said they could make them no problem.
just curious but...could I just lay my new fork stickers over the top of the existing one on the fork brand new bike and just adding some colored accents
You definitely could! But these decals are sensitive to any difference in height. They'll have a bit of a bubble underneath if you go that route, but it's definitely possible. 🙌
Yes you can! Be careful with a hear gun as they can get really hot, just make sure you keep the heat gun moving and not pointed at one spot for long. Good luck and thanks for watching! 🙌
I didn't stop 😭 I filmed quite a few but then my life got super hectic. I had a few losses in the family including my year and half old trail pup who passed away during a neutering procedure and I was down for a few months because of that. Then college started back up and it was my last year studying mechanical engineering and I had little to no time to do anything other than school work. THEN I wrapped up college, had a job offer that was unfortunately taken away due to COVID, moved back home and my family also decided to move to a new home. So as of now, we're still in the process of moving, but I plan on making videos again soon.
Hahahaha, I asked myself the same thing. He said since it was all black and wasn't necessarily as beefy as some other park bikes that he figured it was an every day trail rig. He was wrong! 😁

rim decals are gold foil?
are they shiny gloss?
Super enjoyable video!
Just 1 question: did you find the AMS frame guard tape taking off any paint when you removed them?
Thanks!
