Be careful when taking things out of retailers dumpsters. I worked retail for 7 years. And half the time when we threw things away something was actually wrong with it that was normally harmful

Great video as always! About 1 1/2 year ago I found at least 10 flat irons, curling iron and a new hot roller set. My dad who can fix just about everything repaired the ones with cut cords. That bonnet dryer and those Elf Brushes just WOW😍

I loved sitting under my Grammas bonnet dryer. It came in a suitcase with a vacuum hose attached to a thicker shower cap LOL!
I use to be a store manager and this is good info. Go in some stores an ask the. This. ( ha what days u put ur trash out cuz i need to come by an get a lot of boxes ) that. Way they don't get auspices an u get good info on the days u can get a head start on ur dumpster dive u will knw what day for what stores trash go out this way u beat everyone else u get first. Pick on the good stuff lol. Have fun
They don't throw boxes in the dumpster and the employees are supposed to cut the items

The stores should either rent/purchase an industrial shredder or have a service that picks up the used/returned cosmetics and destroys it for a fee. Oh, wait. That would mean another human layer in the equation, who would think there's a profit to be made. Nevermind!!
*PEOPLE!!!* THERE IS A REASON THIS "PERFECTLY GOOD" STUFF IS THROWN AWAY. And I'm not talking about cooties. You could be blinded or need something amputated. Ever heard of MRSA? If not, look it up. And now they've disvovered a germ/ bacteria/ virus WORSE than MRSA. They are next to impossible to cure.
Great finds... Finding the same things jewelry and some makeup and some clothes that they go horror slashing on them... Oh wow.. I got to tell u they are so use to me being there I just talk to them while I'm going through the dumpster...and a cop shows up I smile and wave hi..... Weird I know.

Why is this illegal? That's ridiculous. The same with people eating perfectly good food who are starving out of restaurant bins. We waste so much.....
Right I agree 100% w you. I knew this was illegal but I really do not think cop's would do anything like arrest them,but who knows...they should be paying attention to real crimes going on like the people stealing things from inside the store. Crazy world.

its not really illegal for that reASON ITS ONLY ILLEGAL if you dont have the owners permision because then your technically trespassing if its on private property

The blow dryer attachment is a diffuser, meant for curly hair to help it dry nice and pretty. Curling iron def a 1/2 inch & you grab the blow dryer by the top barrel and it makes it so much lighter & how you’re actually supposed to hold it to make it easier on your wrist. Great finds!!
Neat haul! I wonder if the games were on a recall for some reason? They probably didn't sell because of the limited useage, but please check. Looking forward to the next video.

I found that same exact set and it was brand new too!! Love them I use them daily
The sample curling irons have the cord cut. I got a power tooth brush that was a sample, found it at our storage unit. It was complete in the box with its display stand. They hot glued the ends of the assories but I used alcohol to soften and remove it. I have been using it for 2 years now. It was a $200 powered tooth brush set.
I love you guys, you both find such great stuff I wish I can do that here in Washington without getting in trouble

I paid for thoes brushes they are not cheap and I have very sensitive skin and elf is so gentle the only other I use is physicians phormula but Mac put me in the hospital with a bad reaction.

The batteries were from the headsets they wear to talk to each other while on the floor. They shouldn't have put them in the dumpster. Shame on them.
Shame on them is right! They must be disposed of at a household hazardous waste collection point (check with your local landfill) or battery recycling drop off location, NOT placed in the trash. So if you dispose of them, make a call to your city hall and find out where you can go to dispose of hazardous waste.
There are 20+ states where it is illegal to dispose of rechargeable batteries this way. So they helped the store out by taking them out of the garbage. But more importantly, they helped the environment! Also found this about Federal Law - “In the US, federal law requires, with certain exceptions, used nickel cadmium (Ni-Cd) and lead (Pb) batteries to be managed as Universal Waste (40 CFR Part 273). The Universal Waste Rule prohibits handlers (e.g., contractors) from disposing of waste Ni-Cd and Pb batteries and further indicates that these batteries must be sent for recycling.”

Bonnet Dryers rock for hot oil treatments or Deep Hair Conditioning Mask treatments. Just apply your product, add a shower cap sit under Dryer and relax with some magazines.

Gross. Seriously, if people can't afford makeup, just get a $5 blusher from elf at Target, and a Maybelline mascara. Simple and put-together, you don't need anything further for a job interview or a gala ball. Don't risk your health or safety to save a couple dollars, not worth it.

Get NAIL POLISH THINNER not remover. To thin out dry polishes but only if they aren't too dry or they get lumpy! Great haul!!

i work in retail and alot of times things are thrown out because they have been recalled for various reasons...ie curling irons could have been found to cause house fires etc. be aware when you resell you could be causeing problems for your unsuspecting buyers

That's the easy part, you strip the plastic not alot just enough to expose a bit of uncovered wire and you match the color wires twist same colors electrical tape them and tape the whole thing so no wires are showing.

Nicole, don't thin those polishes with polish remover..use pure acetone.. regular remover contains some water and will clump the polish

The glove is for the curling wand, which has no clamp to hold hair with. The user puts the glove and holds the hair in place. I have a super nice one. :)

Nail polish remover will thicken those polishes. Try mineral oil or rubbing alcohol instead.

Thanks to you, I got my sons friend and girlfriend to go dumpster diving with me for the first time this past Thursday! It was so much fun!! We didn’t find anything as cool as y’all do, but we did score 4 hair dryers and 6-8 curling/flat irons at Sally’s! Keep diving guys cause you give me hope that one day I’ll find a big score like you have!💕😊

you need the developer to activate the hair color to touch up the roots. the bonet dryer is very use full to use on heat activated perms perms. and hillights.
saw people trying that game on tv and it was really funny to watch you gotta try it with some friends. to me it seemed hard for adults so i don't know if kids would enjoy playing it for long

You can replace the cords fairly easily on those irons.
