After having my back broken and not being able to work, I fed my family by diving like a madman for anything I could sell.It was actually how I recovered from my injury, all the reaching and pulling helped to recover some core back muscles. I had a regular route and would come across messes like that all the time. I made it a point to clean any mess because I care that much and I had the time. A store manager approached me one day when he saw me cleaning up a mess and asked me if I had done it. I said no Sir and was informed that there was a camera on the dumpster. I gave him my phone number and asked him to call if he reviewed the footage, he called the next day thanking me. He asked why I was diving and I explained. From that point for the next 6 months he would call me and tell me when he had things for me to come and pick up, a real blessing for my then 2 year old and new born. There are still great caring people in the world!!!

My family are involved in sending expired pharmaceuticals, bales of clothing, shoes and linen to communities in the South Pacific. The make do or mend ideology lives strong. Thank you for doing this and sharing it with us. Youre making great products available and affordable to so many who can enjoy them.
It beggars believe how much stuff gets thrown away by the stores. I’m from Scotland and we can’t dumpster dive here, I wish I lived in America and could do what you do, the local churches, shelters and food banks if you have them where you are would really appreciate the formula milk and even the buckets for children to play with or decorate, they can let their imagination run wild and forget about the circumstances they are in even for a few minutes. Parents mite even be able to take kids to the beach to play with the buckets, so glad your are going to donate not like some other divers who keep everything to sell and get money for themselves, love you guys, keep sending your videos, thanks 💞💞🏴
I just subscribed. I love watching you searching for treasures. There is a dumpster outside my husband’s garage that someone keeps dumping things in and I always find great stuff in really good condition... furniture, kitchen things (dishes, glasses, pots and pans), toys.... I found a really nice brand new (never used) women’s handbag/laptop bag one day. I never understand why people throw things away when they can donate or sell them. Thank you for sharing your videos! ♥️
I see messes like that all the time. But I carry a broom and dust pan and clean it up because I don't want it blowing around and ending up in the environment and fucking up something I'm going to eat or drink. I also leave notes for other dumpster divers saying that I'm not their mom and they should clean up after themselves as it is illegal to litter and if it keeps happening someone is going to get in trouble for it. And if I keep having to clean it up I offer to set up game cameras for the store or camp out back to catch the vandals.... I can't stand it. I dumpster dive all the time, but the least you can do is clean up your damn mess.
Oh my gosh.. Amazing finds! Totally love those cups. I actually went Picking a week ago behind a Michael's Store but stopped after getting cut by glass. The place was littered with boxes and bags and someone purposely took the glass out and smashed it everywhere. I don't understand it...
I've got pictures on my Instagram where the divers made such a mess for 4 hours a day for 3 weeks everyday I went and cleaned up my local Ulta. Believe me when I say I had six kids and my youngest just turned 30 so I've already paid my dues in cleaning up after "immature kids" but if I EVER catch the bastards that made this mess I can guarantee my old ass is going to jail for opening a huge can of whoop-ass on them. If you have a food bank out there donate all the baby formula to the food bank or a woman shelter Can you can donate the baskets into your schools” or use them for class
For.the letter cups put painters tape around the circle and then paint with chalk board paint so you can write whatever you want can make a good gift:)
Take the baskets and use them to make candles when you find broken candles at Bed Bath & Beyond take them and melt them down and put them in the baskets you can get Wicks at any AC Moore Hobby Lobby or any craft store

You would find, I think that your scores would add up to about a thousand or more in a year. Especially if you are diving in dumpsters that the scrappers don't dive in. When plastic containers are cracked but complete and you just want to use them for storage. Use a soldering iron and gently run it over the inside and it will fuse the plastic. Imma say this the reason why ulta ruins “soups” the makeup is because of this I work at an amusement park and people go diving in my dumpsters sometimes and 9 outta 10 they make a mess of it and guess who gets to clean it? We do we have started to put notices on the dumpsters telling them if they make a mess we will call the cops if we see you diving it’s not mean because we have to clean a mess we didn’t even make it’s our job to clean up but not consistently to where it interferes with my job and my duties as an employee

I like how you dive in the garbage because I do to me and my mom look for stuff inside the garbage disposal’s and stores as well and that’s how we live because when my mom doesn’t have enough money to get makeup and stuff like that we find stuff in the garbage

They paint them to keep people from pulling them out of the dumpster and taking them back into the store and returning them for a refund or store credit.
Steve Hostetler I've read a lot of comments saying that. In USA, don't you need first to demonstrate that you bought the product to being able to return it? In Europe you need a ticket to return the products. The tickets must show where you bought it, which product and when.
Nieves , Depends on the store. A lot of stores do require a sales receipt, but others will take things back without one. It’s really dumb they don’t all require a receipt, but that’s just how they’ve chosen to do business and destroying merch they throw away helps prevents that kind of fraud.

I've never officially dumpster dived but I once dug through someone's trash with my bro in a small city we used to live in. Went down the alley and found a trashcan filled with books and stuff that weren't even old. They were new books for elementary and jr high. Took whatever we could hold :D

The ulta where I live locks the dumpster now, because people have made giant messes dumpster diving there. It makes me angry because my best friend and I would dumpster dive there and pull up to things thrown everywhere. She and I would clean it up and make it look nice because of that.

Dumpster diving isn't a big thing where I live so I always go up to my ULTA because usually all that's destroyed is the stuff they carelessly threw in there but they don't usually soup it here... Until another diver started going and left a mess quite like this one and made it obvious she/he was there. Then they started souping... I guess he/she quit for awhile until one night I went and saw another mess like this so I just picked it all up myself... I was honestly very maf.

I'm thinking here....we should start dressing up as Earth helpers, take it to a professional level and if police comes tell them there's a new organization that takes care of the Earth....green peace or something That they opened a new department that take care of and protects Earth from overfloading from this kinda of big issue....( need to come up with more professional term)
Put the powder formula in your deep freeze. It will keep. Make sure you use it up as soon as you open it. But if you freeze it while in date and sealed it will not ruin.

Aughhh. Seeing that at ULTA makes me so mad. Last week i had to take a lot out just to dive in but you bet i didn't leave til it was all back in the dumpster. Yes sometimes i pull up on one spot and whoever dives there leaves their messes. I do double check then clean it up before i leave and hope the employees didn't see the mess b4 me.

Donate the formula, and baby stuff to local shelters, like the food pantry at churches. 30 to 40 dollars worth of formulas.

Put the powder formula in your deep freeze. It will keep. Make sure you use it up as soon as you open it. But if you freeze it while in date and sealed it will not ruin.

Been enjoying the videos, back in the day I used to dumpster dive Walmart when they had open dumpsters used to score a lot then. They started having enclosed Crusher dumpsters which wasn't good, but good luck
I have a chipper like that. Have had it probably about 10 or 16 years. Love it use it about every day. Especially handy at holidauy time

Every ULTA we have been to had that kind of mess. ..sometimes it's employees.to lazy to stick in can .one had boxes piled beside can that was half full

Aughhh. Seeing that at ULTA makes me so mad. Last week i had to take a lot out just to dive in but you bet i didn't leave til it was all back in the dumpster.
Yes sometimes i pull up on one spot and whoever dives there leaves their messes. I do double check then clean it up before i leave and hope the employees didn't see the mess b4 me.
