    My hair is a medium lightish brown and I wanted it to be lighter so I used blonde boxe dye and it made it lighter but It made me turn a bit ginger so I toned it with t11 toner and developer will this turn my hair back ?

    • @avielle
      @avielle  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This will wash out the toner, but it won’t wash out the ginger color your hair turned from the box dye because the ginger color is likely due to the lightening agent in the box dye and not the color deposit. The only way I got rid of the ginger was bleaching my hair again, but depositing a darker color on it would also work!

All that said to really get hair dye out vitamin C, Dawn and BAKING SODA lather /scrub that in WELL from roots to tip no need for head and shoulders and you might need to do it a couple of times. It will in fact strip the color right out. Also wait as least a 1/2 hour head covered not 15-20 minutes rinse with as hot of water on your head can stand not lukewarm really scrubbing the mixture as you do. Afterward a good conditioning mask should be used your hair as it will be like straw later if you do not BUT the color will be mostly gone. ASK me how I know lol.

    Remedies I’ve Tried:
    1)Baking Soda Mixed With Dandruff Shampoo- I washed my hair 4 times with this. My hair was very crunchy afterwards. A couple of spots looked a tiny dab lighter, but 99% of my hair was still dark.
    2)Dawn Liquid Dish Soap- Made no difference in hair color.
    3)Baking Soda Mixed With Hydrogen Peroxide- This was the messiest. Made no difference in hair color. Also made my hair very crunchy.
