started using the hermit this spring, looked at it over the years but decided was too much hassle and didnt need it at the time, now on a very pressured water and need every edge going, has caught me 2 fish so far in 2 trips, both takes came quickly after casting out which tells me the first fish that dropped down got nailed, also tells me they are feeding and getting away with it all the time, cheers steve top man keep your vids coming 👍

Hi Steve, I love the idea of the hermit lead system. I take it you’re using the Gardner bottle bomb leads, I was wondering which long sleeves you use in them and also which rings you use and also where they are available from. Great video and keep up the great work. Andy🎣🎣🎣🎣

Lots of lakes are putting too much dye in That does effect the fishing, and it looks bloody stupid/out of place. Must say that the Hydro tuff line is the best, well all Gardener lines are fantastic!..

Steve is using a section of Gardner Rigid Rig tube. Watch this space as we have The Hermit Lead as a ready to use set in development!

You can use our Drop Out Inserts with most leads, but, we are working on a complete Hermit Rig set that will include everything you need in one pack.

You can use either buddy but I'd say pop ups work mechanically the best

As I have seen on other videos dangerous angling baiting up so far away from his rods a fish would be tethered in the tree before he could get back to his rods. Bad practice!!!
The trees are undercut and it was 30 yards away . You never been in your mates swim mmm you might of . Glad you enjoyed it . Jesus
