I've got a bit of feedback... let your guest talk more, i felt like the chat was 50/50, should be more 70/30 or even 80/20. Especially with it not being a long pod! Always watch anything Steve related, one of the best out there 👌🏻🎣
Thanks for the feedback, it's always appreciated. We are delighted that Simon is hosting this series of podcasts and his style of making it a discussion - rather than just asking questions is exactly what we wanted. It's a tricky job finding the exact balance and this was just the second one Si has hosted. He will only get better. :-)
@gardnertackle to be fair, I enjoyed it. But for me, it was too short considering Simon was getting involved in the discussions, nothing against Simon at all. Suppose I'm used to longer podcasts and not noticing the host getting involved more! Looking forward to the next one 👍🏻
Sway lakes! I started there too, perch and roach watching the carp anglers in their canvas nash bivvies fishing round the old dead tree and lily pads. Miss Sway lakes!
Good to see a carp podcast again….seemed to have fizzled out in the last year, from certain companies! Maybe they don’t appeal to the ‘carp tigers’ 😃….always a good listen with Steve👌 keep em coming 👍😎🐟
How many times can the same people be interviewed in this podcast format! Have been listing since the first carp cast!! Love both people though so will listen
When Steve talks it’s certainly worth listening 🙌🏻🎣🤝
Cheers
These are great! Si is a brilliant host 👏
Absolute legend of the game, catches inspired me when I was a kid and still now when I constantly blank 🤣

THE CONTRAST BAIT STEVE MADE WHEN HE HAD COMPANY WAS AMAZING CAUGHT FISH ANYWHERE
Great podcast Steve. Always make sure the hermit rig is safe. Test whether the elastic can stap before you cast out.
Marker elastic from Fox, Korda will not snap. Needs to be a low breaking strain pole elastic. Test it.
Stevo, my favourite person ever, a true gentleman and amazing angler. Simon you need to let the guests talk buddy and not talk over them 👍🏻
I’m new to it mate, but cheers for the advice…
@@simonhartopI think your doing fine mate always remember you can't keep everyone happy and some people are very hard to keep happy
