May Allah help people with gender dysphoria because it is a very difficult situation to go through
Thank you Mohamed x
Yeah I have gender dysphoria too and it hurts a lot 😭😭
@@hamza_ali_ Subhanallah May Allah ease your difficulty, I can only imagine what’s it’s like to go through something like that. I’m sure if you are patient inshallah your reward will be so great in the hereafter
😭😭😭
Aameen
Thank you for addressing this situation in a peaceful manner, most people in my country address this with insults and physical harm.
It's a blessing to have Shaykh Yasir Qadhi among us may Allah bless him with more knowledge.
No one understand us in Bangladesh
Same they mix this with people who change theire bodies or do sins with intention to have fun and fee free
I'm a girl with gender dysphoria and i'm homosexual but i am like this brother in the video i don't practice homosexuality or dress like men but i act and move like men without thinking of it sometimes but when i realise that i try to stop it this makea confusion with myself
@@fou_fouAllah makes it easy for you im struggling with the same thing
What a difficult situation the brother is going through. :'( May Allah make it easy on him..
Thank you, this has really helped me a lot. I’m a female but naturally act and look more muscular. Even the tone of my voice is naturally deep. It really worries me because I don’t want to look and act this way but growing up I’ve just become like this. I’ve even thought about getting plastic surgery to feminize my facial features (I know it’s haram). It’s gotten really bad to the point the public misgenders me as a male even though I’m clearly wearing a lot of makeup. And hearing you say that “if you are naturally like this, you are not sinning”...has lifted up a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you for this
Im not sure of the ruling u just said .. from what i know that plastic surgeries are haram unless it is a medical emergency..
its best to ask a mufti about it before giving fatwas online 😊
@Go Transcript dude you can't say that to a woman, no matter the case!
You Nice 👍👍👍
Stay strong i am with gender dysphoria and homosexual i hope i'll find peace
And god helps me
@@fou_foui’m thinking a lot if we can be our desired gender in Jannah 😢 that would be awesome i hope i’ll ne sufficed in Jannah with all my desires fulfilled
Thank you for saying this. I know a lot of people are tested in many ways. But whatever happends never leave the prayers. Do not ever do that.
Sheikh, your answer covered all the points I was hoping it would cover and you spoke in a sensitive manner as well, jazakallahu khayr. And I pray to Allah that he makes it easy for all the Muslims who are struggling with gender dysphoria or same-sex attractions and allows them to find spouses who will be the coolness of their eyes. Ameen.
the hardship this brother is facing is such a beautiful blessing from Allah. there is beauty in the struggle and i pray he overcomes his desires. the rewards if he does is numerous. Allahuakbar!
First of all may Allah bless this brother and help him in his struggles ameen. Damn I'm gonna be hinest Alhamdulillah that i don't have his burden i cant imagine not feeling like I'm the right gender.
A beautiful, compassionate response.
beautiful compassionate and loving answer mashaAllah. may Allah swt open all of our hearts to this level and even higher of acceptance, love, and encouragement for one another and for those struggling among us Ameen ❤️
I'm deeply saddened by this. I struggle with this issue. It doesn't go away.
Me too but i loved this video i guess what i'm struggling with more is the hate people have toward people like me especially that i'm also homosexual i feel this way from childhood i had bad problems that caused this and one of them is genger dysphoria

Masha Allah Shaykh's empathetic response made me emotional.... This is the approach muslims need in this day and age especially!

For someone like me considering transitioning this video really touched my heart 💜❤️
Knowing that being masculine & unattracted to the other gender is normal and okay, I guess I've GRIT now.
Jazakallah khyra sir ❤️🙏🏾 , may Allah reward you abundantly for This. Ameeeeen
I'll continue to hold on as long as I can, hopefully Allah takes my life on time .😭💔🥺

In'sha'allah, for your determination and patience may Allah grant you the highest level of Jannah. May you be who you want to be in Jannah and the way you'd like to see yourself for holding your desires and not acting upon them. You'll be granted whatever you want and more In'sha'allah
@@nooralnmn4366 I struggle from this too and jazakallah your comment indirectly helped me too. At least there are considerate ppl like you out there who know it’s better not to act on but are also supportive of our jihad al nafs and not just bigoted ppl who make fun of us for our mere feelings. Ppl like you are what really help me regain trust in the ummah. May Allah bless you with all you want too.
remember to not torture yourself, go see a doctor, if you really cant live that way then the treatment will be what they say, if it saves your life then it cannot be haram for you dont be stupid and listen to the quran (Allah)
I don't think it should as while he Saud that he acknowledges the desire, he definitely did not say that gender reassignment surgery or similar practices are accepted in Islam. For example a male who feels like a female, if there is something he can't control, duvh as voice etc he is not punished but in case of something that is under his control, such as the way he dresses etc and he willingly dresses in a female fashion, he is punished
thank you for addressing this calmly, I would just like to mention that gender(boy, girl, non-binary) is different from sex(male, female, intersex)
They are the same in Islam
I loved this video i'm a girl
Guess what i'm struggling with more is the hate people have toward people like me especially that i'm also homosexual i feel this way from childhood
i had bad problems that caused this and one of them is gender dysphoria gender dysphoria is a big problem i have with it homsexuality and child abuse during childhood when i was only 5 years old 💔
don’t act upon your homosexuality even though you might feel it, shaytan can lure us into doing so much sins especially if it’s related to LGBT, we must differ. I have the same issue but never acted upon my queerness or whatsoever. As long as I’m Muslim I hope He will compensate me in Heaven by allowing me to be a man (real men with real male genital) and be intimate with women .
❤
6:49 I would like to point out that this is not the first time. Many south Asian countries use to have what is called a “third gender”(they can biological be either male or female) this still exists to this day even in Muslim countries like Pakistan and Iran.
However, there is no scriptural basis for this in Islam AFAIK.
I want to talk about a friend of mine who suffers from dysphoria and he is Muslim and believes in Allah and the prophet is kind to everyone and is good and sincere but he is hiding something and I discovered it in fact he has dysphoria and he told me that he is not never felt masculine and when he was little he wore makeup and dressed like a woman but then his parents said not to do it, when he was 11 or 12 he said it was strange to other boys and he was different and he knew something was wrong with him then he understood that he was gay and then he understood that in addition to being gay he also had dysphoria and wants to be a woman and feels very sad and then he understood that imitating women was haram and so he stopped it immediately and says that sometimes he does strange involuntary feminine movements and he has never had an explanation and doesn't know why they are happening and I noticed that he had hands with somewhat thin, almost feminine fingers and speaking of voice sometimes he had the voice of a boy then several times lass.
Seeing from Bangladesh 🇧🇩,
Alhamdulillah , im Muslim , im proud to be a Muslim .
Everything is managed by allah...
As a somewhat liberal muslim. This is a perfect response.
Pray for me
May Allah bless this brother and reward him with jannah for his struggle
Ameen ❤❤

@@ahmedassem4703 That sounds really rude. If they act like a male and feel like it then its no sin. Its sin if they really change their sex into a man or act like a man and marry a women. Telling someone to get thearpy cause of who they are is bad, this isn't about you, allah is the judge and allah will see what he does to them.
Between them and allah and no one else. You are no judge.

I had a sex change operation from male to female and I am very happy. I was suicidal before but I am extremely satisfied and at ease with my new female gender now. Not going to change back but will continue to be Muslim regardless of my gender dysphoria
You know u can’t control gender dysphoria,u could be depressed and do suicide.U didn’t choose it.
How did your family deal with it?
@@ishahmed3627 my family are supportive Alhamdulillah
@@Riri-qi8qz I know I can’t control gd
As long as you acknowledge that you committed a major sin. We are supposed to control our desires. Our desires are our tests in life. For heterosexual men, we desire females, but that doesn't mean we go around sleeping with them because it's a sin and our test is to control our desires.
Alhamdulillah This is a good video, but it did get a few things wrong in my opinion.
For one, humanism isn't inherently an in ideology around self interest, and pleasure. That's Hedonism, which is another quite valid ideology in it's own way. Humanism speaks more to meeting peoples needs and posits that people with desires should not be punished for them. That can lead to embracing the concept of human desire, but it's not out of selfishness or maximizing pleasure like Hedonism. Humanism is about accepting people.
Secondly, you argue that this is the first instance in human history when people argue that defined gender roles and male & female are not defined concepts. This is very clearly false. All throughout history of Ancient China, Native American Cultures, and believe it or not, even at the time of Prophet (pbuh) people have lived as male, female, and more despite not being born as such. In Navajo traditions people are sometimes referred to as "Two-Spirited" because they have the soul of both a man and woman. Eunuchs were known to live very comfortable privileged lives even after having their genitals removed. Of course the "Mukhannathun" or effeminate ones were well known to predate Islam and there are multiple Hadiths about this.
Honestly it's very disappointing hearing Islamic scholarship surrounding this because most brothers seem to take the Christian Conservative approach and pretend these people are making this all up now in this modern liberal era. Denying these facts is doing the conversation a disservice.
Lastly, I'd argue that although this Muslim person (I'm not sure I want to call them a brother out of respect) is not intersex, and the question of how Islam should treat intersex people is not entirely relevant to the conversation, I do feel that disregarding them entirely is also a misstep. It might help them understand that their situation is not quite the same as an intersex person because this Muslim was born male and they haven't transitioned.
The best part of the video and the heart of the conversation is that you acknowledge this Muslim's feelings. Alhamdulillah Allah would not punish us for feeling something we could not control.
As a non-Muslim, I would agree with most of what you say, though, I wouldvalso say that conservative Islam and conservative Christianity are not much different in many social respects such as acting upon same sex desires, gender roles, trans etc
@@RandPersonn I see what your saying. My point was to differentiate between the two. I believe conservative Christians especially in the west ("The West" being a nebulous term invented by conservatives) have created a narrative about a lot of groups of people they consider undesirable and that narrative has infected the way a lot of cultures perceive marginalized groups. Uganda currently plans to impose bills to execute gay people and this is directly the result of foreign relations with American Christian organizations.
The internal debate as to weather or not homosexual acts should be treated as Zina (Fornication) and punished by flogging or as a debasement of the body and punished by executed is an ongoing discussion for Muslim scholars. Personally I feel that Islam can be interpreted from a far more progressive framework. Islam and the Quran have a lot of cultural advancements in place for women and other marginal groups that many Muslim institutions just don't follow or disregard. Islam doesn't have to be conservative, but conservatives just appeal to a lot of Muslim people's sensibilities.
@@IbraheemM98 yeah, I agree that it all comes down to how one interprets the scripture. There are also many, growing number of progressive Christians(Anglicans for example or many pro LGBT Christians) and also Muslims who interpret the scripture in a progressive way. Though I would say that main difference is that in the vast majority of Muslim majority countries, progressive opinions about religion are not accepted, shunned or marginalized by people or governments, so they don't flourish while in Canada, USA, Europe progressive Christians are not imprisoned, killed, censured by conservative Christians for their progressive opinions
I feel his pain and struggles because all of us have habitual or behavioral issues. Bigger test is to NOT do the deed.
We can wish anything in jannah. So if we be good muslim in dunya. Can we be wish for gender change in hereafter.
InshaAllah. Relys on him
I’ve carried this burden on me ever since I was 9…my life has been hard. I wanna die before I see the future , so I thought of murdering myself. (Astagfurallah). Not a moment passes by that I don’t think about this. I would ask myself, why me? I have everything. Loving parents and friends, great education, everything one could ask for. Alhamdullah. BUT OUT OF EVERYONE, I turn out like this. Ever since I was a child I always acted more feminine. I never paid much attention until I learned about the lgbt people and that stuff. It is completely not tolerated here. Allah subhana hu wa taala forbids it. It is haram. I know it is . I hate it. I don’t wanna be it. I wanna be normal. Why can’t I be normal. Please let me be a normal man. I want to be like my friends and family. Like all the boys I know.
I love my religion. I love Allah. I believe in Allah. I never EVER doubted my faith. I NEVER EVER thought it was ok to be homosexual. I never supported people who do these acts. But I know that ever since I was a child, I never felt like a man, I only felt like a girl. I hate myself for it. I always hear people saying that these people who do stuff like this are disgusting. And I agree. But Wallahi I never chose to be like this. It was for as long as I remember. I DONT WANT TO BE LIKE THIS. BELIEVE ME I DONT. I WANT TO BE A NORMAL MAN. And The worst part of all is that I’m clueless. Why am I like this? Was i born like this? Is it a problem in my genes? Is it the way I was raised? But how. I was raised in a Muslim family in a Muslim country and never interacted with non Muslims.
For now I’m worried about the future. I’m still a teenager. But I have 0 desire in the opposite gender. I don’t wanna be like this. Why am I not attracted to women? Why am I attracted to the same gender, this is haram. What will I do when I grow up? How will I get married? I don’t wanna trick anyone. Should I ever tell anyone? Should I keep it between me and Allah? I’m asking Allah for a sign. In Shaa Allah i will NEVER act upon these desires. I will NEVER change my gender or any of that nonsense. I will NEVER wear gold or makeup or that. I may have the mindset of a girl, I may feel so sad when I get called a man or when people talk about me getting married. I naturally think like a girl, respond like a girl, have the same preferences as girls. I always knew I was different from the other boys in my school. I was always different. I noticed that difference for so long. When I was so young I had a feeling. I was just a toddler I had a feeling. But I didn’t know what it was. I was never like them. I never like sports or games or stuff. It gets awkward when I’m with my friends and they start talking about girls and I have to fake interest. WHY AM I NOT LIKE THEM?? What treatment can I take to be normal? Please doctors, tell me. What should I do.
I will never disobey my god, Allah. I don’t care about this world, I don’t care. I will survive for as long as Allah wants me to live. And hopefully my soul will return to him and he will reward me ln Shaa Allah. I love him.
Sorry for writing so much. Please my Muslim brothers please give me advice. As a teenager like myself. This issue is so taboo to talk about, It feels so wrong to open up. It’s my first time to speak my feelings so I’m sorry for the long message. But I feel more relaxed, Alhamdulilah I feel like I let out a little bit of my pain.
Al -qadir is one of the names Allah SWT which means capable of everything , so make dua to Allah swt ask him to cure your heart and feelings , everything is possible for Allah swt he just has to say Be and it happens. So be hopeful my brother Allah swt will accept your Dua.
Also Writing Long message 😝 doesn't make you Bad person why are you apologizing.also one advice share this with only your family you never know when your friends become your enemy.
Jazakallah khair.
Hey bro. I have the same issues like you. Im teenager to and just like you, the difference is im girl you are boy. So the solution is WE HAVE JANNAH. So... Keep SABR , PATIENT. InshaAllah jannah. I dont know we can fulfill or not what we desires in there because only Allah knows the supernatural so TRUST ALLAH
I am suffering from same issue I am also girl but I act like male emotionally physically I want to be malee samee issues as above mentioned by brother Soo depressed
The social environment we live in now plays with our minds.
It will be of great help if you provide reference (havala) in the description box plz
Although you mention havalas ..but it will be helpful if is available in written form .. thank you
Allah its so painfully please pray for me i dont want to loss my imaan. 😭
Something to note....a gender dysphoric person is not capable of living life as the sex they are born, if they are capable then that makes then simply gay.
The actual question should be about a gender dysphoric person who seeks medical aid to become more as the gender they are perceived as, both by themselves and others, and still wish to live as a Muslim among Muslims. Can they be excepted as a citizen of the ummah, or should they practice Islam completely disassociated from other muslim? Obviously a male who feels he is a woman is not really a man at all, so can they live as a transgender muslim ( meaning non- surgery) or as a transexual ( meaning who had underwent sex Change surgery)...as a Muslim , as there" true" gender, that is to say, naturally like the opposite gender.... Not pretending or acting as, but naturally as? This is the question.
Even if they did live as the gender they transitioned into, they would not be allowed to marry. So a trans male who is attracted to women would not be allowed to marry women and a trans woman who is attracted to men would not be allowed to marry men. Even if it was a male person who has not undergone surgery marrying a female person or vice versa would probably not be allowed.
God help me

Jazak Allah sheikh, I have a pertinent question, really appreciate if you answer it that would clear up my confusion. Sheikh if a person suffering from gender dysphoria is not feeling comfortable in his/her let's say Person A is not comfortable that he has a penis, which in turn gives him depression and suicidal thoughts. Can that person get a surgery to transform himself into a woman?
JazakAllah
No such kind of transitioning is allowed in Islam. As even after surgery, someone born with male genitalia doesn’t change the FACT that the person is a biological male. That's how he needs to follow the related rituals. However, one needs to seek help from clinical psychologists to deal with such struggle and uneasiness with their gender identity.

You can email him askyq@epicmasjid.org
First off, I would like to say thank you for trying your best to approach this subject with respect and love, it is a rare thing to see indeed.
I myself was raised with a plethora of religions, cultures and spiritualities. I was also raised by a binary gender system.
I have been, however, non-binary for as long as I can remember. It is very very hard to find someone speaking about Islam and gender identity in a way that directly speaks from the Quran. My mother and brother are Muslim, and I always was interested in the religion very much so. However, because of my gender it has been impossible to know if I can convert. I believe I need a system, like so many non-binary folks like me do, like Islam to guide us. However, I have never found one. No matter how strong my faith in God/Allah/the Universe, or the practices I keep, I have to come to terms that I cannot convert. It is deeply saddening. I have not been able to find a religious community and system like Islam that makes a space for non-binary folks. I have to accept that I have to make my own way based on what I know. This is only the beginning of a very long, tumultuous journey for me that I believe will bring me closer to truths and closer to God/Allah/the Universe. I hope that whoever reads this comment and watches this video is furthered on their journeys, or that their faith deepens. Blessings to everyone ❤️
Thank you for sharing your perspective
*Edit*
All that being said, I will pick up my study on the Quran again and try my best still to understand the deep truths within. Islam is a beautiful religion, practice, faith and I would encourage anyone who wishes to, to study the Quran in depth as well.
salaam sibling, i completely relate to feeling like there isn’t a place in the deen for those of us who are different (neurodivergent, trans ect.) it can be traumatic to have no access to relevant guidance, it can feel like you have nothing to guide you forward.
i’d imagine it’s even tougher for trans people, due to our community’s lack of understanding of you, which manifests as both hostile attitudes among lay muslims, as well as ulama/academics who often parrot a western right wing form of rhetoric in stead of seeking the truth independently (one prominent researcher who i usually trust and deeply respect on other issues used Blanchard’s typology, which is disappointing).
Allah has a place for you, even if you can’t see it. you may never find it. it is still out there. Allah loves you the same as any cis person and NEVER think otherwise
my honest advice would be to practice islam in whatever way you can. being enby, there will be lots of awkwardness in terms of practicing the faith, but at the very least make an effort to pray your 5 salahs, and work on tazkiyah/tasawwuf (spirituality/working on your flaws), as these things aren’t gendered.
if you ever want someone to talk to who understands your position, i’m always up to talk ;)

With all due respect, it seems the shaykh does not know the difference between 'gender' and 'sex'. He keeps saying gender when he should be using the term 'sex'.
Sex refers to biological differences i.e. whether a person is male, female or intersex.
Gender is not about biology. It pertains to social and cultural characteristics. It refers to how a society determines acceptable roles and behaviours for men and women. How women usually behave and how men usually behave.
You don't discuss chromosomes and hormones and genitals and what not and call it gender. That's biology so that's sex.
If we want to talk about the non-biological aspects of what it is to be a man or a woman, we say gender.
These terminologies are often confused with one another colloquially so I can understand the confusion. But it is inappropriate to not know the difference between the two terms and put up a whole video talking about it.
I would call on everyone to do a simple google search and get their terms right before putting opinions on such important matters out for all to view. It is incredibly inappropriate.
I greatly appreciate this shaykh for his services and I consider him a reliable source for Islamic queries. But I feel he needs to revise his understanding on the matter. Atleast use the correct terms. This is Sociology 101.
What are your Islamic views as per the Quran on gender dysphoria? Not Hadith. @Amman Usman
there are gender roles in islam, there are two genders in islam, man and woman. you pick one and stick with it, take responsibility of its roles, it is very important for the society.
is my take on this situations...
by the way i dont take hadiths that serious since theyve been written yearsss later which makes it seem political and not trustable
Encarta definition of gender, 'The sex of a person or organism...'
And in the footnote, 'cultural and biological categories are interrelated, of course, and thus at times, it can be difficult to decide which word is more appropriate.'

why would your feminine personality be haram? some women have traditional male characteristics some men are more sensitive. don't fall into societal definitions of what you should be like.
@@tahmidislam5208 i don't know anyone who deliberately acts like the opposite sex! unless we are talking abt actors who play their character. people just have different spectrum of personalities.
If there is a possibility of going through gender affirmation surgery, then I don't see any reason why he can't.
In his newer video on this topic, he explained that in Islam, khunta(or intersex people who have two sex organs etc) are not the same as trans people who are fully biologically male or female but want to be other gender. For the former, surgery is allowed but not for the latter
Please find our brother masculine female who also have same struggle with our brother.
Posted an amazing article of hadiths to show u even allah said he created all kind of genders not mistakenly but with his will even in animals these genders exist we Muslims should research more on humanity Allah does not curse someone who feels that way naturally and noone would put their lives in hell by choosing a different path than their own u all need to understand homosexuality is different than gender dysphoria which is a killing condition for one and treatment is never forbidden in Islam as there is no possible way in science to fix your gender dysphoria

there's difference between sex and gender?
There is no such thing as gender. There is only male and female.
@@unionofconcernedpolarbears1006 male and female is sex. gender is different
When he says gender he means biological sex, Islamically speaking there is no distinction.
@@Slanovich wrong. transgenders do exist. even YQ says that. you can't help what you feel.
@@Als1822 The questioner from the video is 100% biologically a man but has some feminine characteristics. He is not a "woman trapped in the body of a man" as secularism wants you to believe.
Of course he had issue, He did not receive SRY gene 🧬 with that “Y” chromosome when it came from his dad. And SRY is a protein cell that helps in the full development of Y (male) and such child are not born Intersex and rather born as a boy due to that Y chromosome but that child will not be like other normal male child due to the absence of SRY gene 🧬 he will never feel like a man and such is a creation of Allah
Do you know why the suicide rates are increasing? It is due to people like you who don’t ever educate yourself on a topic as a whole but rather make stereotypical comments. Fake priests, will see how you face on the day of judgement for secluding this people in a horrible manner.
These people are known as *Zenanas* and they’d been given rights of a women along with their contemporary *khunsaye mushkila* in Islam 1400 years ago it’s mentioned by Hazrat Ali R.A
And about *Men should not dress like women* Hadith is true and if you dress like a woman with no feminine soul, femininity, a woman’s brain, a mother’s mind within you. That’s wrong, okay? That poor boy is not even a complete boy to begin.
Overall, just stop having half edu about sensitive topics. Do more research. You only think about what’s between their legs, but there’s more than that. It’s what’s between your ears. Be more educated and worthy enough before coming to make such videos.
Hey!!! I wanted to ask you something!!!

Our Islamic scholar should be open and explain what Islam says about gender (Male & Female). Not what today's society thngs!! I sure appreciate how you are explaining things very clear. But it is unfortunate is that in today's western world some Muslim individual who things 'Homosexuality and Same Sex' is Okay!!! Ostagfirullah.....May Allah keep up away from all Haram in this Dunya.
Just because you're not suffering from something, doesn't mean other Muslim Brothers and Sisters are not. Such things need to be addressed more often with clarity. So people should know about halal ways of existing problems. World has become so advance that even problems have become complexed therefore we require answers from the Scholars of Islam.

Tell him to increase testosterone levels and exercise, knew a few peole like this when younger, naturally through puberty they grew up to be normal boys..
Lmao brother it’s not that simple plus he’s a full grown man
@@MohamedShou it is that simple really, he has low t levels by the looks of it.gender dysphoria and all these made up psychiatric disorders are fake.the more disorders you have, the more drugs you can make and more money for evil no1 kiler in US Big Pharma.
@@dhuss14 I hope to Allah you are not being stupid, you do realise Allah has literally given people tests wether it be sexual, wealth, health etc. So some can be born with homosexual tendencies or even *May Allah help them* gender dysphoria. Don’t disregard other people’s struggles in life even if it’s small because maybe Allah may give you an *enormous* struggle which you may not be able to recover from
@@MohamedShou no one is born withthat trash stop lying. Allah wouldnt create some1 like this, its the environment, or subconcious cues in the cartoons, brainwashing, endocrine disruptors, growing up with only sisters etc.
@@dhuss14 who told you *every single case* is indoctrination, cartoons, abuse etc? Some people Allah just gives tests
tho the thing the sheikh about marriage with no intimacy.............as a guy that is probably the strangest thing i ever heard and i find an intimacy less marriage really sad. Hopefully Allah changes this brothers mind on his stance on women and marriage and anyone else who holds similar views.
It all depends. Some people just want a partner to share their life with, the companionship. They don't really care for intimacy or children.
@@sanada-sama8303 exactly thats the weird part the whole point of intimacy is a complete connnection between husband and wive . Emotinonally, spiritually , and physically. It is a perfect representation of the marriage bond. it can be many things a fulfillment of sexual desires or simply affection towards one another. Marital companionship without it is extremely strange. Finding it distasteful is even more strange. I personally belive that society has villanized something beautiful calling it " sinful" and such. Its a habit we should all get out of. We should encourage intimacy and encourage people to get out of that mindset
@@mohammadsaminirtisum6152 I think you don't understand what I said. Some people DON'T CARE FOR INTIMACY. It's not hard to understand. Encouraging it doesn't do anything if they don't care for or have little to no sexual desires. Also most societies are fine with Intimacy and it is not sinful in Islam either (its sinful when done outside of marriage). Just because you don't understand people who don't care for physical affection does not mean you have to force them to like what you like. A marriage is a bond between 2 partners (man and woman in Islam). Their marriage is up for them to decide, not you as long as it is permissible in Islam. Just because you are uncomfortable with people who do not care for it is not your business. None of these couples have done anything wrong, neither have they sinned so it's not up to you to decide what they suould have in a marriage. They can love each other for Allah and be emotionally and spiritually content. Because they don't care for intimacy, the physical part doesn't matter.
@@sanada-sama8303 i get it lol i mean if people have societal misconceptions than we should try to discourage that . Misconceptions should be fixed sorry for the confusion . Also sexual desires dont always have to play a roll in it just like kissing sex can be used as something to relay affection
@@mohammadsaminirtisum6152 Cool. The issue here is not that there is a misconception. There are people that exist who don't care much for sex, intimacy or affection. That is why Dr. Yasir says if you are this way, you must be open about this with people you want to marry so that you can find the best fit for you instead of going into a marriage with someone who's marriage rights you cannot fulfill
God help me
