    Prof Lumumba should be afforded an opportunity to assist African Countries in developing and amending their Constitution and pieces of Legislation. Furthermore he should give political lecture to politicians. I salute him for articulating with a sober mind.

    It is putting into my mind one great thing "putting culture into our judicial systems" to me means every culture must design its judicial system that must be different from another culture and should work for its people context, no one should question it as in what is called democracy for the western.

    Justice is Justice just as Freedom is freedom. It is an even blanket because the human being is one- so yes, Africa security while might differ in West vs East, Food, Sex and God still perpetuate the human being equally. So security from fear is one.

    I would like to make an appeal to the Professor Lumumba, if there is way to talk to some of our fellow African in Europe, some are contributing in destabilising African countries and some living in Europe more then 20 years are not contributing in supporting other African in Europe earthier in Africa( verbally and financially. And some coups in African countries are prepared in Europe specially France.
