That's a normal reaction. I do my yard and then 2 other neighbors come out and mow theirs. It's kind of funny. It's a guy thing. lol

I missed why the two young men were unable to do their own work. It did my heart good when you put the grass catcher on for the last mow. I don't know why but I don't like it when the clippings are left on the lawn. It looked really nice

You were a great teacher & model to the renter & man that tracked you. You showed them hard work, good equipment, proper techniques, & kindness. Now maybe they will keep the properties maintained. I loved that the next door neighbor did his cleanup while you were working.
If you have to teach hard work people are not ready to pull 16 hour days and 120° weather. You can not teach that, that is learned while growing up
And good equipment lol anything is good you just need to show yourself you want things done so drop it
I'm in my Seventies and I still get out and do my property, Don't have the best equipment but I do try, It takes me a week, What use to take me one day, But I have Heart Trouble, Back ,Knee, Hips Issues And my neighbors next door are in their twenties and thirty's and they barely can cut the grass

Many people have never had the experience of keeping up a yard, mowing or edging and it's new to them. You've given him a good place to start and maybe it will be less daunting when it's already under control.

That guy scared me for a second. Glad he was just looking for help. That front yard you did looks like one of the thickest you've done. Those were some crazy edges. I have to laugh every time I see a neighbor come out and start mowing, too. Coincidence? Nah

The guy was willing to pay. Hee asked him if he could could cut it as he was getting paid that night. It was Brian who said he would do it and not charge. The guy obviously works. It doesn't take long forr grass to get long when it's been raining and you can see 8n the video the ground is pretty wet. You Can tell when he is doing the sidewalk. And in the beginning Of the video the ground is wet.And Brian told him it was still going to be a few days before he could do.The yard is doing right now.

I love when the grass is so high that cutting it is an experience 🥰🥰. What a transformation!! And the fact that the neighbor next door decides that it is a good time to groom his own lawn reminded me of an old saying from Spain: "when you see your neighbor's beard cut, put your own to soak."🧔🧔🧔

Wow this was some tall and thick grass that had not been maintained. You cleaned the yard up so well. It looked great. I do not understand when someone is doing a yard that the owner/renter does not come out and move their car so you can mow where the car is sitting. I did see you motivated the neighbor to get off the couch and do his lawn. Bless you Sir for what you do.

With the cost of everything these days, I’m sure no matter what shape he’s in, he is just trying to pay the bills. He was willing to pay and not looking for a handout. Not many renters have all the lawn care equipment necessary. Thanks for helping him out. I’m sure it was greatly appreciated.

That place had about "hay field" height grass. That was a lot of bulk to mow and rake up. I like that your work brought the yard into better line with neighborhood standards, you cleaned up the sidewalk so the area was better connected, and the home looked good. Thank you for your work.
