Well, all the expensive stuff is done. I like to change small stuff like controls and grips, etc... :) Thanks for watching!

Dave, you have made many many worthwhile improvements to your ride. Several I must note. Your windshield, highway pegs and exhaust. Yes, many people will increase the sound of their bikes. That is common. And expected. But many people worry about what other people think about the aesthetics of the bike. You don't. You added a HD brand windshield. For comfort. You added a set of highway pegs to a black finish crash bar. Perfect. And dual purpose. It will protect the bike. As you will drop it at some point. Comfort for the highway now. You added L.E.D. lighting all around. That's pricey. But oh so worth it. Good job. That's what I've done as well. I have a soft spot for the bad ass FatBob. Always will. Take care. !!

Thank you very much for the comments and watching the video! I absolutely love Betty and have NO interest in getting rid of her anytime soon...especially since there are no more Dynas.

Richard Enstad .. I purchased my first Harley after riding sport bikes for many years and almost 5 years ago it was the 12' vivid black Fat Bob. And absolutely love it. I have been to a couple different Harley dealerships this year and looking, sitting and riding other styles I just don't think anything compares. The 103 is a outstanding and plenty of torque and power while the 107 and 114 is the new " need to have ". Why in goodness sake they decided to stop making the Dyna I will never figure out. Ugly and looks like sports bike. Was told their trying to adapt to the younger crowd. Makes no sense to me. 25 year olds generally get why let alone like want their dads bike. And the 25 year olds that want a Harley.. want a Harley. I hate the 12' wheels and Harley doesn't make any. So I first purchased detachable windshield and back rest.. first year. Then back in march purchased a outstanding new front wheel from RC components. LED fuel gage and gas cap in the burst style matching the new hand grips, foot pegs and shifter peg. Then a black heat shield and decided to not put black mufflers kept chrome with enough chrome to blend but different because never seen. Always seem to do black mufflers if heat shield. Biggest was taking off Harley emblems on tank and had in more original burnt / orange color Harley Davidson painted on tank. So much $$$ this year. Now only things left are I'm not fan of foot boards I like look of pegs. So getting peg extensions for heals on each side that still gives me clean look I like but for over couple hours drive more comfortable. And with dual disks in front can't see my outstanding $995 new front wheel and service at dealership said no problem take off one on pretty side. Old Harley enthusiast and old friend of dads suggested no. Life more important than seeing. I agree. So found cool black ninja designed disks to replace stock boring that block view. Maybe next spring.! lol and want in future to add more custom paint work to tank this time on top both sides going to incorporate a American flag on top both sides with leather cover looking like middle of flag is under. Something. Just wanted to share

Thanks for your advice and the videos I almost got a bob same color as yours because of your videos but in Nevada with the distance I ride (1k a month ) I had to go with a Road Glide with the advice from the dealer. But I still enjoy your videos and seeing what you have done if I get a chance to have another bike it will definitely be a bob

Harley Dave, I too have a 2016 Fatbob and have done quite a few mods to make it my bike. That's what I like about owning a Harley and personalizing it the way I want. I am very happy riding my Fatbob. Best Dyna for me as I'm 6' 4". It's dang hot in Texas now so I'll be back on the road soon. Enjoy the ride and thanks for the videos.

Harley Dave, I've never done a video on You Tube so I'll look into it. My vivid black Fatbob looks awesome and I'd like for you to check it out and read your comments.

HI there, how about some review on that new dual gauge speedo and tach combo guage? How easy/hard to install, is it easy to read even in direct sunlight? How about accuracy?
    thanks for sharing

I'm in the process of trying to black out my '14 Fat Bob. Just put on an air cleaner, V&H Pro Pipe, derby cover, and new horn kit. Yours looks great! What's this kit you're talking about for the rear turn signals? Also, what lights did you use for the front turn signals? Great video.

Phil Caruana thanks for watching and congrats on the Fat Bob! Yeah, the 15" windscreen takes a lot of pressure off the body and still gives me plenty of wind on my face but not too much. I really like it....
