- [寿桃包食谱/ Longevity Peach Bun Recipe]
材料/ Ingredients:
冷牛奶/ Cold milk - 85 to 88克/ g
即溶酵母/ Instant yeast - 1/2茶匙/ tsp
幼糖/ Castor sugar - 15克/ g
普通面粉/ All purpose flour - 150克/ g
植物油/ Vegetable oil - 4克/ g
叶子制作/ Leafs making:
绿色食用色素/ Green food colouring - 几滴/ few drops
刷色/ Colour brushing:
粉红食用色素/ Pink food colouring - 1滴/ drop
清水/ Water - 2茶匙/ tsp
1支牙刷/ toothbrush
咖啡过滤网/ Coffee strainer

你好謝謝你的分享,想問我用一般面粉,蒸完包昰帶點黃色,是粉還是我出問題呢?
你好,如果用普通面粉的话,蒸出来的包子一般会带少许黄色是正常的哦。不过我们可以尽量在揉搓面团时用左右揉搓方式(搓长后再左右揉搓),这样可以增加包子的雪白度哦👌😊谢谢你的留言🙏😊
