- TXSG was honored to host Dr. Anamitra Anurag Danda from World Wildlife Fund - India and Observer Research Foundation, India. He spoke on coastal resiliency in the Sundarbans - a biodiverse region that houses the largest mangrove forest int he world. Endangered species like the Bengal tiger, estuarine crocodile and the olive ridley sea turtle call this place home, in addition to several million people under climate threat.
For over two decades, Dr. Danda's work in nature conservation, sustainable development and climate change adaptation has helped shape policy in this critical, yet fragile ecosystem.
