That helped me a lot. I was starting to think I needed 2 pins per joint. Thank you.
Perefect. Tx. I have a rabbit I made my daughter 35 years ago that needs it's legs & arm reattached. She just asked if I could fix it so she could use it in her Easter decor for her home...lol. You confirmed for me that I should use buttons this time around to secure it better. Happy Easter from Ontario, Canada.
What a fantastic tutorial. So clearly explained. Thank you. I had no idea about using cotter pins - but I do now. Thanks again.

Thank you! I'm planning my first ever jointed bear and was a bit lost on joints. This is really helpful, and so well explained.

Thank you so much
Very helpful! Here we go on my first bear
Excellent tutorial, thank you. Do you happen to have this bear pattern?
So should you always stuff the arms & legs after putting in the cotter pin joints?
Thank you forgot how, very goo teacher.
What is the purpose of the washer? Shouldn't the two discs hold the cotter pin in place?
I heard her say the washer goes against the smooth side of the disc so there will be no friction.
Mystery solved
