Hi GKC. I own this model for 4 months already. Dont the ditergent dispenser is faulty? When you add the liquid ditergent, the blue-liquid dispenser "stopper" works for you? In my machine the ditergent goes straight to the machine. The same with the Pre-washer. It goes straight through. The only compartment with "siphon" that works is the softener compartment. :(

If you use liquid it will goes directly to the machine and making bubbles accordingly. May be i have to try with powder and see the difference
