Hi GKC. I own this model for 4 months already. Dont the ditergent dispenser is faulty? When you add the liquid ditergent, the blue-liquid dispenser "stopper" works for you? In my machine the ditergent goes straight to the machine. The same with the Pre-washer. It goes straight through. The only compartment with "siphon" that works is the softener compartment. :(

Wrong treatment dude. First you should remove the upper cover with the slide. Than you'd reach the pins to unlock the main cover. By the way you could search for a screw by scanning the stickers without removing them.

According to product description it also has smooth regulation of brightness and temperature. I suspect it's done by pressing and holding the touch buttons.
