Sir, when it's said that an individual is genetically susceptible to develop hypersensitivity via specific HLA, such as HLA DQ8 for example, what's that really means? Does this mean he has a mutation in this gene and all normal individual doesn't carry this gene? Or what exactly? I've seen this definition countless times, yet no one take a simple break to fully decode its meaning, as if no one really knows how this actually works and they just skip such important point
