I'm a nursing student and have not found a video that explains this in a way that I understand it. I may not be taking the USMLE, but I'll surely pass my NCLEX with your help. Thank you!

With so many videos on so many topics and each has at least one pneumonic if not several, plus you put what is "high yield" and simplify the topic, one can see the huge efforts you put into all this. For that I salute you from the heart. Biggest thank you I hv ever given to any video maker esp the medical one.
I kept the links to do many of your videos bed as a consultant in internal medicine they help us in quickly reviewing these important topics. Kudos.

another mnemonic to remember which Ig for each hypersensitivity reaction:
    'Easy- Mg, G&T'
    = IgE, IgM/G, IgG, T-cell
Mg2+ and Gin & Tonic both help Ease off from the stress of having to memorise this nightmare topic... Yay or nay?

Hi there! good summary and mnemonics :-D
looks like there might be some issue with T cell type though, isn't it the CD4+ which will activate macrophages, for one of the slides? CD8+ directly kill the cell themselves, as you have written in another slides... actually, looks like both might be involved.

Excellent! Knowing the type and mechanisms were really essential ! ☺️ I remembered in my exam, the question is about a case of PSGN, they asked what type of H reaction ? But the choices were the mechanism of each rxn. So the answer were: deposition of immune complex compromised of IgM or IgG and antigen 😂 if u will rely only for the name itself ? Then naaah !
