  • Hip flexors can get tight and stiff from sitting all day and then we lose some function, stability, balance, and motion. The body is masterful at compensating but it's always nice to help it work more efficiently. We'll use the Franklin Method and engaged the mind in this quick movement exercise will free up, lengthen, and activate the iliopsoas for smoother muscle action and increased range of motion and strength
