Was just served by Irma and her staff today and it was an HONOR to be in that restaurant. I ate some of the finest food I've had in a long time. It may sound trite, but you can genuinely taste the love and care. Worth every penny.

My fiancé and I went for the first time last Saturday evening, we drove around a few times looking around contemplating where to have dinner this was the best decision ever to stop at Irma's! Best part is we live around the block. We absolutely love it and will become regulars..

I was SO excited to check this place out for an upcoming trip to Houston. However, I checked them out on Yelp as well and I can’t help but wonder about all the bad reviews. Now Im thinking twice…has anyone been recently ?

Just went to this place to celebrate my birthday with my family. We had a very bad experience. 1. You don’t know the prices of what you are buying because they don’t have a menu. SURPRISE WHEN THEY SHOW YOU THE BILL! 2. Service was horrible. My son kept asking for water for over 15 minutes and nobody would bring it. 3. This a Mexican or TexMex Restaurant and I would have guess it wasn’t. The rice is not even Mexican rice. All the plates they serve don’t have or come with BEANS. Who every heard of Mexican food without beans. Really! 4. We paid $340 for 8 people. It comes out to $42.50 per person. The food was really good or bad but it’s not worth what we paid. I don’t recommend it. I give a 2 from 1 to 10.

You’re in Houston! If you can’t afford it, you’re failing in life. It’s NOT expensive at all, you’re just broke because you choose to be broke. There’s plenty of oilfield jobs in Houston btw
