@@dannycivicfd3455 I understand, Engine R18 can to reach the same that a K20 original, but ever will be limited with relation of air flow, because is SOHC. Another good option is to put a K20 with a stroker kit, i love and want aspirated engine, I like the engine struggling to generate power at rpm haha

It can be done with all R18 engines.
Hi sir again follow up only hard to find engine block selling r20 parts or assembly in Philippines. Wondering the r20 crankshaft , pistons n connecting rods are plug n play for an r18a bottom end . If say plug n okay is it necessary for the crankshaft to be balanced, ?
Only used an R20 crankshaft and connecting rods and put them into an R18.

Hello Bro do have a question and do you think it is possible , To use the intake manifold of r20a in a r18 since it says , it has stage 3 setup. While the r18 has only stage2 . Do you think it is feasible hoping for kind response . More power on your r18a build .
I don't think there is any difference from the R18, just change it to short in 4700rpm.
All this can be tuned with the hondata and its effect gives a little more power.
Given the upgrade parts you have which do you think did gave you a big torque gains. Is it also worth it to have a weapons intake manifold.
@@v.eusebio2556 I haven't yet found an intake manifold that is better than the OEM's for my step tuning.
So meaning the weapon r intake manifold not worth it to be paired with your setup . I thought bigger runners are much better for more air flow tia

It's possible, I've done it. using crankshaft R20

What RPM does your IMRC set from long to short? do you know what the stock setting?
Stock is 5100rpm, But I changed it to 4600rpm

R18 can use R20 camshaft.
I recommend the original coil for the best R18.

Hi brother with an r18a power like that . Did you try to gauge a stock k20a or k24 if the r18a can keep up. Is it par with those engine. And bottom line isi it worth it with all the upgrades,, or just do the kswap instead. Your honest opinion bro tia

I do have an fd1 matic Bro too. Mods as of drop in filter, grounding kits , ralco pulleys water pump installed, crank not yet installed and hondata flashpro. Any tips to reach the 140-145whp Mark for an automatic r18. Hoping for kind inputs to reach my goals tia
