m Khan is it poor shot selection if it goes in. Also he's practicing the shots you don't expect to make in the game as opposed to the shots you're suppose to take.

To me, Kobe is still with the Lakers just like he always was. Being such a great player, it makes it hard to believe what happened to him. He will always be my role model as an athlete and person. What showed me Kobe was a very dedicated Laker is the amount of years spending with LA, not letting anything or anyone frustrate him with his career. He made the Lakers who they are, and is always in my heart throughout every game to this very day.

I’m trying to work on improving my shooting form. I used to shoot from my chest but gradually I’ve been raising the ball higher, to the point where it’s over my head. But sometimes when I shoot based on my form either ball or my arm blocks my eye from seeing the rim or sometimes I accidentally tap the ball on my forehead. But looking at the way Kobe’s form, idk if he does the same thing where his form blocks one of his eyes from seeing the rim, but I like how when he raises the ball it looks like he leaves a lil window for a perfect vision at the basket. I will try this next time I shoot around til I find my comfort level.

Kobe’s constitution was just incredible. The amount of shots he took in his career…the leg power and the toll the jumps take on your legs is insane. Just to get good enough to execute his turnaround jump shot requires a baseline level of jumping ability and athleticism. I just turned 34 and I have started to lose inches fairly quickly on my vertical…I used to try to make 25 turnarounds on each side as part of my practice and it is EXHAUSTING if/when you actually are taking it at game speed and separating. I have no idea how anyone can have the energy Kobe had to practice that much in order to get that good. Kobe just said f*** limitations. That’s why I could almost believe he could have jumped out of that helicopter with Gigi and landed like Spiderman
