I watch this whenever my motivation and energy is lacking to get my life back on track...it will never feel the same now. Thanks for your legacy Kobe, may the Black Mamba rest in peace.
It only shows what level of intellect this legend possesses. You hear him talk, and its so fluent, so convincing, so solid that immediately your own spark fuels and want to succeed. That shows what a competitor and how intelligent he still is.
The way he saw he can create years of separation in terms of skill using the time he woke up and then actually tested to it shows why he was so damn special man.
if you trained 8 hours per day compared to your opponent who trained 4 hours, you would train 56hrs per week whilst they would only have 28. even in weeks the difference is big enough if you go by months or years it would be even bigger. Taking into account the fact that the more you train the better you are, youll be light years ahead of competition. So yea, wake up at 4 to study, train or work at your craft this applies to any thing that needs passion really.

Hopefully more high school and college players adopt this mindset, because the NBA overall is becoming a weak product. Most of the guys who are stars now are barely fundamentally sound. It also shows in their games that they don't have the passion for greatness like this. The NBA used to have a bunch of guys who wanted to be the very best, and worked at it. Guys like even Mike Bibby used to stay in the gym until he hit thousands of shots daily after games. I doubt the league has many if not any who does that now. As a huge NBA fan, I truly hope guys take the game more seriously. When you see guys like Kyle Lowry possibly getting 200 million, you know the game is getting wack. I know the market dictates pay, but if he's being paid like one of the best in the game, we as fans will continually get a more marginal product.
There is such a thing called over training. This is good advice for your first 5 years. Then adjusted according to your body. Train train train. I still do it way past my prime just to be able to play the game I love. Key LOVE of the game.
Kobe - I'm a motivational speaker and one of my favorite things to do is to listen to the philosophy of people who have risen to the top. I absolutely love the message you are giving and I don't know if there is something wrong with my machine, but the music is the same level as your voice and it is really difficult to hear it.
I study Kinesiology and I feel like Kobe needed to lessen his practice schedule down to 2-3 sessions a day. Your body just breaks down as a result of over training as you get older. He was always hungry and I've been watching him for forever but this is why he had so many injuries occur late in his career which slowed him down. Still GOAT but it's just as important to make sure you take time to recover as much as you train ~
Y'all niggas Trippin' I feel like he was always working out hard. You hear so many staff and players go "yeah I went to practice at 5am and Kobe was already there in a dead sweat." Or "I left practice and when I came back, I saw Kobe never left." I honestly don't think he takes it easy. He even said in an interview he was down to play through like a sprained ankle and I get the hustle but his body could not keep up with his mental toughness
Andrew Rosales late here but basketball is a little different from just lifting weights or something despite the body needing to recover. I know he works his ass off but shooting around and stuff isn’t a huge strain on the body and he ate enough/healthy and probably slept enough with included naps. His body didn’t break down till he was old but that’s bound to happen in an 82 game season plus playoffs and playing all those minutes. He started playing with grown men at 18. I think where you see overtraining is how JJ watt was flipping tires after a full football practice with weights before and that’s where it’s like, okay this is just stupid and he did get hurt
I watch this whenever my motivation and energy is lacking to get my life back on track...it will never feel the same now. Thanks for your legacy Kobe, may the Black Mamba rest in peace.

Kobe is really born to play the game. He is really a basketball talent.
What made him lethal is his work ethic. That is what greatness is.
8:04 mamba out , can we cry now?
There is such a thing called over training. This is good advice for your first 5 years. Then adjusted according to your body. Train train train. I still do it way past my prime just to be able to play the game I love. Key LOVE of the game.
Really great video, I just wanna hoop outside now lol
Kobe - I'm a motivational speaker and one of my favorite things to do is to listen to the philosophy of people who have risen to the top. I absolutely love the message you are giving and I don't know if there is something wrong with my machine, but the music is the same level as your voice and it is really difficult to hear it.
RIP to the GOAT legends never die
GOAT of what? lol his PER rating is not even top 20 all time. He did hit timely shots late in games though, I will give him that. RIP
@@mac_-mtlmcal because of PER he cant be someones GOAT
Thank you for everything Kobe 🙏😭
Leave some feedback below and show some love for the Mamba!!
basketballprosworkouts Thanks bro, I could not believe all of the Playa Hating Kobe received from Laker fans in his final season. So ungrateful !!!
"The real championship is to use your passion to help inspire others." - Kobe Bryant
RiP Kobe, Gigi and to all the people who passed away in that day.
Andrew Rosales Maybe some of his workouts weren't that intense...
I said ''some''.
Andrew Rosales it really takes a different breed to train like Kobe but ofc it does take a toll on the body
I think Kobe will become a great filmmaker. He has a legendary work ethic and attention to detail, I have no doubt he'll apply that to this endeavour.
if my son wants to play basketball, I'm taking him to Kobe aka THE GOAT!
:/
