Trust me, I feel the same way after watching some other drummers play! Drumming isn't about who's better or who plays more notes! It's all about enjoying and loving what you do! Never let someone else's playing put you down, let it be a reason and inspiration to practice harder :) If everyone judged their own playing by how good someone else was, we'd always be sad, because trust me... No matter how good you are there is ALWAYS someone better than you :D Keep rocking my friend!
Thanks man! I actually didn't even know he had a cover of this, but just checked it out! He did a great job (as always)! I thought we played it very differently though. I went for a very hard rock feel and jammed out sound and his was more emphasized on cymbal effects and some "gospel" feels.
