Probably the version he bought in 2012
Even tho I loved the 360 version I just haven't bought this remake for some reason. I'll wait till it's on sale😂
It is still a mess and I find it funny ( I bought it day one to support it ) that people praised it for not being "woke"... not cutting content and even coming out earlier than expected .. but then release it with bugs.. cut content anyway and it was super un optimized ... not to mention the updates are way too far in between cause they weren't done !! Super cash grab
Hi, have they updated the game yet? Or still runs like doo doo?
yep refunded it too, garbage "remake" Playing my wife's original copy on 360 now.
Soy explosion

Yes, i can say the game is heavy on all platforms, John just refunded because he is a console player, get it on PC and you won't regret it, you know the game has future patches and updates, also you know the PC hardware is keep upgrading non stop the RTX5090 is coming, the performance will be a much better higher fps and stability, even if you lock the fps to your monitor refresh rate going to be great! 👍
You're part of the problem.
From one PC gamer to another, apparently the PC version is also shit. According to another Comment in this comment section. The PC version doesn't even have dedicated graphics settings for everything. It's just two presets, fidelity and performance. So apparently the PC version also isn't such kind of rainbows
@chrisfratz i have it on pc and bought it day one and haven't played it in a while because they need patches .. I have a 3090 and so this game def shouldn't be that heavy.. nothing in the game looks great nor ray tracing etc ... lack of pc options etc.. I tried to refund it but I just played over 3 hours smh
Sorry but this "review" is very unfair. I bought the game and it runs smooth on PS5. Nice graphics, sharp 4K quality, non existing loading times. The game is really good. I compared it with PS3 version, poor graphics, low resolution, very long loading times and clunky gameplay, dropping fps. How can someone praise the PS3 version?!
....Switch version might be NOT UE5 and actually be better, somehow?? Just me being optimistic, lol
@@usernamefromhell All ports are lousy. The Switch port runs WORSE than the game did on a PS3. You really have to be an incompetent developer to achieve that fail.
Largely due to the times we're in, the industry is a shit show
Does John do anything other than moan about everything?
I think the one moaning is you, at your screen, whenever you play your badly ported gooner game
Sounds like you're upset that he doesn't think the same as you.
He does lots of things apart from moan. And I’ve learned when he’s not happy it’s normally for good reason. This knows his shit.
I don’t know maybe it’s because I’ve gotten old and have had children, but the idea of an only good action game that is still lesser than it’s contemporaries with the main draw is an underage honey pot just seems odd to me.
She's 18 and a video game character. Honestly it's weird anyone would care.
@ well one it’s not the character herself that’s the issue. And 2 you don’t care because you don’t have a reason to. Because I once had this view. It’ll change. Give it time.
That's why you don't just focus on sexualizing the main character and focus on the game first.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Well, they knew they didn't have a great game so they focus on the sexualization to try and get sales. It's why every crappy live service game coming out of Korea features over the top sexualization. Pervert whales have money, and they're willing to pay.
DF gone woke, sad
Because he didn't like a subpar remaster? How is that woke??
Your Mother is woke.
Yes, John and especially Alex are woke people but that's not on display here.
All the criticism was technical, just because a bunch of idiots criticized it for stupid reasons doesn't mean that's the only reason anyone else would have for not liking it too.
@@princess_ebony23 Let me guess, because he thinks because they didn't like the bad remake that means they don't like pixel booba and pixel ass therefore woke. Still doesn't make sense, but I bet that's why.
Boy you can tell they are part of IGN now. YIKES, sad.
what? It’s a really bad port wdym
I can't notice a difference between before and after. Glad IGN is keeping their distance and not interfering, just because you don't like that they criticized it doesn't mean they're shills. People have opinions, and this seems to be a popular one at that. This port is bad.
Stop following people who downplay bad aspects of games that fit their personal beliefs. Both sides, full stop. It doesn’t have censorship but that doesn’t speak to the quality of the port or the value proposition.
bro, he said he loved the game but hated this version lmao. watch the vid before you comment
Because the remaster is bad?
Df is ruining gaming. With the update it’s totally playable. Real gamers don’t care about framerate and graphics.
Ok coprate slave just consume product framerate effects gameplay only a shill would say otherwise
False we care about framerate and graphics. Casual gamers only play games below 30fps and think it's okay.
The technical aspect of video games is important to focus on. In practice, Yeah, graphics don't matter the most. Unless you're talking about the art direction. But also taking a deep dive and learning about how video games work under the hood is pretty interesting. Clearly Digital Foundry isn't for you, so I would kindly ask you to leave.
Frame rate is paramount to gameplay so you're kinda sorta dead wrong
Real gamers deserve better, polished games. It should not be having bugs on release.
