Theory:What if Anakin do force heal Everything began when he found his mother,he saw his tortured mother which was dying.Anakin remembered all the memories(Good ones) of his mother and he saw all her wounds were dissapearing.She was okay,Anakin was happy really happy,he killed few Tuskin raiders to clear up their path.And gone to her mom's family,he and his mom got to Coruscant,everything would play out the same till Anakin's duel with Dooku.After he lost his arm he used this ability to regenerate his arm.And we come to revenge of the sith.Everything would play out the same till choking Padmé.He realised what he had done and he turned back to the light,and healed her wounds.She would give a healthy birth to Luke and Leia.Together they would kill palpatine and Padmé would become Supreme Chancellor and they would live happily forever. Dooku is the better lightsaber duellist, but since Starkiller could keep up with Vader who I think is roughly comparable with Dooku, I don't think Starkiller would be at a great disatvantage here, especially with his aggressive combat style being a good counter to Makashi and Dooku probably underestimating him due to Galens lack of finesse. Because of this, I think that Starkiller would win 5,5-6/10 times. I love both characters and I think a fight between them would be epic, highlighting both their strength and weaknesses.
