Coffee in Cape Town, South Africa: A Shot of the Truth

We visited the popular Truth coffee shop in Cape Town this week. Having won The Telegraph's No. 1 top coffee shop in the world! in 2015, Truth is popular amongst the Cape's guests and locals alike. Its steampunk themed setting is loved by ethusiasts of Victorian tech art. Statuettes on display are done by local artists and the coffee is simply heaven!
Coffee for 2 at Truth cost us roughly ZAR/ R 100 or USD/ $ 6 for the speciality blends (a pricey cuppa! but well worth the experience).
[Side note: The traffic jam in the end of the video showcases the current call to action from South African residents protesting the killing of farmers in South Africa. This was a peaceful protest with strong support from Cape locals. The Cape is home to the majority of the country's local & export farm produce.]
